Plus: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Minus: Movie options.

Minus: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Plus: Departed and arrived on time

Minus: Stop the sardine can treatment of passangers

Plus: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Minus: Food a bit bland and uninspired

Minus: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Plus: The crew and service were welcoming, caring and attentive

Minus: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Plus: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Plus: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Minus: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Minus: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Plus: Nice people

Plus: Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude

Plus: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Minus: Food was good, temperatures appropriate for hot and cold. Fresh fruit or vegetables would be nice rather than processed.

Minus: Flight was late, very little communication, hot and uncomfortable and slow, and everyone missed their connections.

Minus: The app and trying to find boarding details prior.

Plus: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Plus: We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers

Minus: Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area

Minus: The seats are small as it is. Putting boxes under the front seats hurts after a few hours ... whoever designs this should be forced to fly long-howls himself

Plus: Our crew on the trip from DC to London was excellent- friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience.

Minus: The short trip from London to Vienna felt overcrowded with people lugging heavy suitcases on board. Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments

Minus: the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight

Plus: Crew was amazing, service was super attentive. Plane was new with plenty of space. P

Minus: Really exceeded my expectations for a short haul flight. Kudos to Aeroflot!

Plus: Punctuality and professionalisms were at the best

Minus: Rest rooms were clean, food was adorable, good coffee, no complaints.

Plus: The crew wasn’t very friendly and there’s very little legroom.

Plus: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)

Minus: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Plus: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Minus: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Minus: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Minus: The entertainment choices needs updates and more varieties I believe.

Plus: Punctuality and professionalisms were at the best

Plus: Loved Finnair. Hated Justfly.com. If you own this company, you need to end up like Blockbuster or Circuit City.

Minus: If I would have purchased my tickets from Finnair.com, I would have had a much better experience. Kayak found me a good price but purchasing the tickets through Justfly.com was the biggest mistake of my life. The trip ended up costing me $285 more than what I budgeted and there was zero customer ser

Minus: Service very cold and rare to find. For some reason finnair doesn’t announce boarding

Plus: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Minus: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Plus: The seat was quite comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually pretty good.

Minus: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Plus: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Minus: A better breakfast...

Minus: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Plus: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Minus: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Minus: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Plus: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.
