They treat you like you have done this a million times. This was my first time renting a car. They didn’t bother to tell me when I reserved my car that I would have to put and extra $500 on it. I could have been prepared. I was dropped off and had no one there to help me if I didn’t have the money to move around. I asked for the smallest cheapest car. I got a NINE passenger boat! I reserved a Fiat or similar. A Hyundai is not similar which is all they had. The woman at the counter was not pleasant. I returned the first car before I even left the parking lot because the smell of smoke was so bad. The second car also smelled of smoke and I found out the next morning when someone was about to back into me that the horn didn't work either.Omdöme skrivet 10 apr. 2022

Was overcharged with fees. Fuel tank was almost empty when I got it but was told it was full. Filled it up a little higher when I returned it. Told them about it and still got charged extra for fuel!!Omdöme skrivet 12 feb. 2022
