Minus: The touch screen did not work properly
Minus: Friendlier crews
Minus: I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for.
Plus: The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep.
Plus: Staff were polite
Minus: The seating space is horrendous, I am 5 ft 8 and felt like I was sitting with my knees at my chest, horrible horrible seating

Plus: This Transavia Airlines is not good at all.

Plus: I liked how generous they were with food and drinks
Minus: Free WiFi could have made the flight a lot better

Plus: Seats were very comfortable. Plane interior was in new condition, including electronic window shade tinting.
Minus: Staff was not particularly warm or attentive. Was never offered more to drink, and after asking for more wine was ignored.
Plus: Boarding was efficient and the crew were nice.
Minus: the seating is horrible. it was the tightest seating I've ever experienced.

Minus: No internet available (2020). For the my previous flight, a month ago, was the same problem.
Minus: KLM lost my suitcase and did not deliver it until three days later... They refused to compensate me for having delivered the bag with broken articles inside (A pair of Rayban Wayfarers!)
Minus: The airline lost my suitcase and deliver it only 72 hours later... They refused to give me proper compensation for items that were broken...
Plus: The best airline ever! Super friendly crew and staff, great customer service and nice planes. Love KLM!
Plus: Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on.

Minus: Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting...
Plus: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.
Minus: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.
Plus: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.
Minus: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.
Plus: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep
Minus: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Plus: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Minus: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.
Minus: Bigger seats the new ones are way to narrow
Minus: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.
Plus: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class
Minus: Window did not darken like the others.
Plus: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.

Plus: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great
Minus: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.
Minus: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.
Plus: The crew was very kind

Minus: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!
Minus: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.
Minus: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again
Plus: Nice crew, good food.
Minus: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.
Plus: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Plus: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.
Minus: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.
Plus: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!
Minus: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Minus: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Minus: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Minus: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.
