Place is in the quite neighbourhood with a metro station near by. Small but has everything you need with comfortable bad. There is a cute dog to welcome you if staff is not around.

It is a ground floor so there is no view at all.

Great room, with a garden patio, smelling of jasmine - all in city centre.

Nothing to do with the property itself, but parking in the centre of Lisbon is a nightmare. Might have been better to delay hiring a car till the day we got out of Lisbon; a car in the city is a liability.

The location is nice and safe, you have a market pretty close, we found a little terrace where we would drink our coffee every morning with 1€/each. What was nice about the house is the garden in the back that was a bless for us, as smokers. Also it has a small kitchen where you can make food and you have everything you need at your disposal.

The room had a pretty strong smell of mold, due the very high humidity of the place. Unfortunately, tha bathroom had an even worse smell, no matter how much spray we would use. The room was very tiny, however it had what was needed. I would have added a closet as we only kept our clothes on the chair or in the luggage. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the other rooms, for us it was a bit diturbing as you feel you have absolutely no privacy. However, for a hostel it is expected. Also, one day happened to remain without any battery on my phone and you can only enter the house using a code, therefore I lost the code and kept on knocking at the door. There was an employee but she wouldn't open because these were the rules of the house. It was not like she couldn't have checked if I really am a guest or a stranger, but the main problem is she wouldn't speak english. However, she kept on yelling at me in portuguese even after I entered my room. Later, i tried making peace with ther out of good manners, but she had none, she wouldn't even look at me, and believe me i said nothing to her expect for "it would have been nice if you would have opened the door, not to break my fingers knocking for 20 minutes".

Nicely decorated hostel with great location close to the metro station. The room was cosy with some beautiful decoration, there was a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful garden and a lovely dog. Very positive atmosphere.

Everything was fine. The only thing is that the shared bathroom is a bit small.

Métro is 500m away. Pastelaria 200m away, mini Mercado 20m away Really easy to come, you don't need à check in, they send you à SMS. The room is small but Really confortable and well thinked. Really cosy and everything you need are in. The déco come from old thing... Look at thé pictures ;) They have towels There is à kitchen that you can use and a small gardien Really cosy too.

As every Guesthouse the noise depends of other People. The room next to us open and close his door almost 20x between 6 and 8am. So, noisy, if you have someone Who doesn't pay attention during your stay Toilet and shower is in the same room for several bedroom. If someone take à shower... Wait (maybe There is an other one you can use, i didn't search)

Great value place to stay. Room was really clean and well kept. It was easy to access the property using the door codes. The beds were comfortable. Shower was really powerful and the water hot.The outside seating area is a definite bonus. The location was perfect for us, easy access to metro stations. We will be back!

The price. Also, it's nice and close to the metro and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The self check-in works well and the host was very helpful in his communications prior to arrival. The bed was comfy.

For such a good price I don't want to complain. However, I must mention the bad smell of mould that came from the ensuite bathroom. There is a dehumidifier in the room but I had to open the window as the smell was quite bad. Although the bed was comfy I found the pillows uncomfortable.

We loved the room and the kitchen in the hotel. The host has an adorable and very friendly dog - Nikki. The yard is fantastic, very picturesque and cosy, it was very pleasant to have breakfast there

I really liked the location. It was just two streets off a main street with lots of eating possibilities. It was an easy walk from the Metro and to the more touristy beach areas. The local merchants on the street were friendly.

Nothing that couldn't be overcome. The access with two door codes slowed down entry into the building, but then gave a real sense of security.

Good location near Almeda metro interchange for two lines, easy to get into central Lisbon, excellent for Lisbon airport with no change on Metro (30 minutes). Near good restaurants and cafes - check with owner. Comfortable room with good facilities. Kitchen with full facilities, garden with table and chairs.

Shower room was small but very clean.

EXCELLENT communication with the property manager through WhatsApp, and we met him in person and he was very nice and accommodating with us. Gave us a little tour of the property, which we rarely get to experience nowadays. Bathroom, though shared and a little small, was sparkling clean, like the rest of the property. Beds were very comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Internet worked well. Walking distance to many local restaurants and cafes.

We were on the ground floor facing the street, and it was a little awkward having to open the windows for a little air, because we could see people walking by and they could see us, since there was just a fan in the room and no a/c.

Everything was fine. Miguel, the host was nice, communication went smoothly. The room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfortable. Location is perfect if you arrive or need to leave early, as the metro stop is just 5-10 min walk from flat , and it takes 15 min to get to the airport.

The toilet is located in the shared bathroom which was really small.

- the kitchen has everything and the little garden and terrace are really pretty and cozy - absolutely helpful and lovely host - lots of recommendations and info material - location is not really centric but it's easy to get there by metro and bus, also there were some nice restaurants and bars around the area

- it was quite loud from the other rooms at night, so sometimes we had problems to sleep - the ventilator just worked when the lights were switched on. So we couldn't really turn it on at night

It's neat the underground.

The house is on ground floor and is noisy when cars pass by, due to the stone pavement. There only 1 WC for 4 rooms. The host did not let us leave luggage.

Location. Very cheap.

Upon entering the room, there was a very foul odour of humidity. The shower does not have a proper ventilator, so the staff put a dehumidifier in the room and opened the door towards outside, but it didn't change anything. Also the procedure to enter the room is a little exhausting (3 codes in total + 1 key)

We could not live in this house for a single day, because there it is very dirty and it smells of dampness and mold. All the furniture is broken and very old, the paint on the walls is cracked and cracked, the dishes and tables in the kitchen are stained with grease and oil. The toilet is very terrible, old plumbing and it is very small. Paul is rotten and sags under his feet. There are a lot of old and dusty things in the house. The house needs major repairs. In the house you need to change all the furniture and throw out the old stuff. We had to urgently leave this very terrible house!

This place was perfect. I needed to get some sleep on a layover and Miguel the host was awesome and accommodating and kind. The room was beautiful, with two windows that opened to two different garden areas. Everything was clean, comfortable, really nice bathroom and beds. Thank you!! Definitely recommend.

It was infested with insects. The kitchen at night has swarms of palmetto bugs (huge flying cockroaches) and when I checked in my pillow had a small insect that looked like it could be a louse (I killed it).

Very nice host and constant contact in case anything needed. I also liked the garden at the back of the hotel and that there was close to many interesting places. The room was also cheap and clean (which is the most important thing).

The room was small and had unpleasant smell of mustiness. The hotel is located in a little creepy area - our window view was at the street opposite where homeless people slept on cardboard boxes. If I were only with my husband, I wouldn't care that much. But we had a 2-year old with us and I was upset she needs to smell mustiness. I was also worried if homeless would not trouble us somehow as there were some strange noises at night.

Our host Miguel was very helpful and answered quickly to our messages before our stay. We didn't meet him in person, but the self-check in was perfectly explained and very easy - we appreciated that we could check in any time, which allowed us to see more of Lisbon! The room was cozy, interestingly decorated and clean. We appreciated the little courtyard we had to ourselves.

The bathroom is very tiny, up to a point where it might become annoying when you stay longer than one night. The room has a TV, but it is placed at a wall which makes it hard to use - opposite of the bed would be more convenient.

We enjoyed staying in this guest house! it is located 20-30 minutes walk from the historic centre and very near to stop of the famous tram 28. The rom is clean and we appreciated to have access to the shared kitchen - very helpful! The guest owner Miguel is very friendly and helpful, he helped us arrange an airport transfer as we arrived very late.

Host is very nice and helpfull. Affordable price for the night. Good place to spend a couple of days in Lisbon. Fully equiped kitchen with some cooking products (e.g. Oil, some basic spices) was pleasant surprise.

There was sometimes weird smell of mold or some fungus in the room. Nobody had told us that nearest metro station is closed.

Good location, 2 different metro lines within 5-10 minutes walk. The room (double bedroom for 2 persons with 1 big bed and private bathroom) was awesome, clean, and very comfortable. It is super easy to check in alone at anytime of the day and night. Even if we were just in transit for 24h in the Guesthouse, we really appreciated the short stay, and would recommend the place at 100%.

Nothing comes to my mind that we disliked.

Miguel - the owner - is very nice and helpful person. He takes care of guests. The flat is beautiful and really climatic. You can prepare and eat meals in the kitchen. The room is really cosy. Beds are very comfortable. Location is great. You can go sightseeing on foot. The famous tram 28 goes the street near the guesthouse. The districts like Alfama, Mouraria, Baixa and Graca are available in 20-30 minutes going on foot and taking photos.

The biggest disadvantage was the smell in the room.

It is a great located place with a good price-to-quality ratio. Miguel was very nice. He offered flexibility when we asked for changed check-in time. He also recommended some places to go and provided us with a touristic map and some explanations how to go through the streets of Lisbon.

We would appreciate more storage space in our room (wardrobe).

Miguel - and Nikkie (the dog my kids fell in love with)- are wonderful ! The guest house is in a great location, with easy access to everything and nice restaurants within walking distance. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The kitchen seems to be spotless at all times !

There was a bit too much noise coming from the upstairs appartment, late at night and early in the morning. Miguel addressed it with the neighbours but it did not seem to make much difference.

Likely all my fault but I hadn't picked up that that there was additional 8 Euro fee for parking 2 blocks away, which was a concern to me as we had to leave the property at 6;00 am in the dark to meet our flight. No place to load or unload car at property. Be aware of fairly high additional fees for parking and shuttle to airport.
