Flyg till Lissabon

Minus: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Plus: Itinerary - hours of flight

Plus: The airline is top notch and treated you great like it should be.

Minus: The sears where a little tight but not bad and the movie options were ok not great.

Plus: The crew was pleasant and worked very hard to keep our stomachs full! I loved all the free movies!

Plus: Friendly crew, smooth take off and landing and generous on things to eat and drink.

Minus: None. Keep up the good work.

Plus: Entertainment system

Minus: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Minus: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Minus: We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination

Plus: The bread was fresh and food better than other times

Minus: Crew is always aggressive and unfriendly

Minus: Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Plus: food was better than expected and not too pricy

Minus: no delay!

Plus: On time, clean on the plane.

Minus: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Plus: Booked front row seats with great leg room which was comfortable

Minus: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Minus: Big delay uncomfortable plane

Plus: the leg room was fine

Minus: the getting to the airplane and from the airplane after landing can be better by using more busses

Minus: The plane was delayed by 2 hours.

Minus: Pointless paying extra for priority boarding as both lanes boarded at the same time

Plus: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Minus: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Plus: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Plus: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Minus: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Minus: Delay of 40 minutes

Plus: The flight was on time and direct.

Minus: Ryan Air is like a city bus for air travel. There are no luxuries. You get what you pay for.

Plus: Was cheap

Minus: No charge for carry on

Plus: It was ok. Nothing more. Crew was helpfull if needed

Minus: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Minus: Too many school groups and screaming children

Minus: No entertainment. Flight was an hour late due to mechanical problems. They could have kept us better informed.

Minus: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.

Minus: Snack at end of flight was good but lunch was not good and the dinner in Executive Class going over was not good

Plus: Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable.

Minus: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.

Plus: The crew was nice. The seats were ok.

Minus: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Plus: The seat was quite comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually pretty good.

Minus: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Minus: Delay of 40 minutes

Plus: The flight crew were amazing and had lovely gifts for our daughter

Minus: the flight was late and no food or drinks were available without paying rather high prices

Minus: Could be better, say, like with Singapore Airlines..

Plus: The crew and service were welcoming, caring and attentive

Minus: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Minus: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Minus: Service very cold and rare to find. For some reason finnair doesn’t announce boarding

Minus: 1h 45 minutes waiting for luggages in Bucharest Otopeni. Still not delivered.

Plus: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.

Minus: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.

Plus: We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane.

Minus: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.

Plus: Prices on in flight purchases

Minus: Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed...

Plus: I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful.

Minus: Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also.

Minus: Landing

Plus: Check in was swift

Minus: Friendlier approach from the crew

Plus: Nice crew

Minus: You give no room for passengers to sit comfortably. We are crammed in the airplane like sardines in a can. No legroom, small seats, etc.

Plus: Got us there safely

Minus: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Minus: Don’t loose the luggage

Plus: service and timing were great

Plus: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.

Minus: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,

Minus: Nothing was included

Minus: Water should be free on the flight

Plus: Crew was friendly

Minus: No inflight entertainment like we were supposed to have. No snacks, and 30 meal was small and terrible.
