Minus: Priority passangers cannot board with their non priority partner, even on the sane reservation. Congratulations sas, only airline workdwide to prohibit this. Otherwise, also forgot my duty free bag at the gate and the crew refused to have me return for it or get it for me.
Plus: The total experience from check-in to disembark was extraordinary. The crew were beyond eager to please and extremely responsive. The food was hot and very tasted. The beverage selection was finominal. The cleanliness of the plane and restrooms, although the handle for one of the restrooms fell off the door.

Minus: I was in seat 35G. The space under the seat in front of me was very small, and it was nearly impossible to get to my bag when the person in front of me reclined. Also, the young boy sitting behind me was kicking the seat throughout most of the flight. Not your fault, but it was pretty crappy.
Plus: The entertainment choices were good. The hot meal was very good.
Minus: We would have appreciated water being served between the meals; it was a very long time with nothing.The cold meal was just ok. We paid extra for our seats and were very disappointed at being stuck in the middle where it is difficult to move or get up. It would have been nice to be able to actually

Plus: Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again.

Minus: The coldest plane ever! Using my outdoor jacket and still cold! No ac on but very cold! I think is because they are renting blankets at $5 - ridiculous. Food: nothing! If you prepay then you get meals, water and coffee, if not you’re ignored! You can order from the snack bar at $3 a water!
Plus: I got a whole row to myself which was awesome.
Minus: More options for movies to watch
Minus: We waited 4 hours on the plane, before the 7 hour flight. They couldn’t de- ice us. This was after the first flight was cancelled.
Plus: Seats had plenty of room.
Minus: It could have been explained that carry on bags would be weighed, also neither food nor snacks were provided on a 6 hour flight. Crew did not even offer water.
Minus: Horrible check in!!!! Came theee hours before my flight and they were so slow that we had to wait an hour for passengers that still didn’t pass security because they only had two people doing check in,. Also I had to bags to check in and I had to pay 200$ Per bag because I didn’t check in online!

Plus: After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.

Minus: We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.

Minus: The reintroduction of ‘quiet flights’, 2 years okay Ryanair has a big campaign, no announcements other than for safety before 0800 and after 2100. So people could rest on early morning and late night flights - this stoped some time ago. With no advertising.!

Minus: Priority boarding didn't really work.
Minus: The plane was dirty... inside doors gross....a cup of coffee would have been nice or even water...it seemed like a constant sales pitch...felt bad for the crew...it was a huge value...but would have paid a bit more for just a few conveniences

Minus: When we finally were able to board it went smoothly. The crew was nice, but nothing amazing. Not very comfortable but not surprised for a short flight. There was no “food”. There was no “entertainment”. Kayak was great for information and reminders!!!
Minus: Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all.

Plus: We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Minus: The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.
Plus: It was a rather empty flight so I was able to have space to myself to stretch out.
Minus: Everything. We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.
Plus: Mechanical delays leaving London, missed flight connection to New York, now TAP wants to charge me for rescheduling!

Minus: The plane was so small I couldn’t fit my legs in the seating. Very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight and with an hour delay it was five hours of being a sardine. I’m not an overweight person at all.
Minus: Ii was not allowed for me to board because the Agean staff is not coached properly do understand what the documents needed to pass Russian border. My arguments that I do not need any visa was not even listened. They were too lazy even to call to Moscow to specify the rules. 6 hours later they bought for me ticket for Aeroflot to SVO with Aegean cash with their excuses, but I lost my plans including two meetings in Moscow anyway.
Plus: Roomy seats and good food
Plus: Would fly again! Food was excellent (warm meal on a 2.5hrs flight!), got an empty seat to use for my baby, they didn’t break her stroller or car seat, they didn’t lose our luggage.

Swiss Airlines overbooked the flight but didn’t warn us in advance. This meant my husband was forced to pay over 8 thousand Euros to charter a small private je
Minus: So That we could attend the wedding early the next morning in Oldenburg. They then had the audacity to void our return flights. Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again.
Minus: When we checked in, we were told we didn't have seats because the plane was overbooked. We waited at the gate for information. The attendants were curt and not helpful, they told us they had no information. After the plane was boarded, we were finally given tickets with seats and rushed onto the plane. When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience.

Plus: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. Minus: The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable.
Plus: Crew were efficient and friendly.
Minus: Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable.
Minus: The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia.
Minus: The flight to Madrid from Porto left so late I missed my connecting flight to Bilbao and I so I took a bus to my destination.
Minus: Too many people and little space to move
Minus: The space between seats was just microscopic. I’m 6ft tall and I really had a bad time in those 2h30, all twisted and unconfortable.
