There wasn’t a person at the Payless pick up window. There wasn’t a sign saying go to Avis. I stood there wondering if someone was going to come to the counter, if I needed to call someone or what. Eventually someone at a different counter told me to go to Avis. Everything was excellent after that. Older car. Back-up camera didn’t work. Couldn’t call airport desk and kept getting a call center who couldn’t answer my question about early drop and said I couldn’t drop early but when I got to airport at 5am I was able to park it and a person was there in the garage who accepted it. Plus:Staff was friendly when we got to them, but note that in San Antonio, Payless doesn't have their own staff.
