Minus: Prepared to be nickeled and dimed. Gas tank showing well above full, but they can squeeze a little more in? Charge. Return a few minutes late? Charge. All of course within the Terms and Conditions that you sign when you rent the car, but up to you if you want to do business with someone who is going to take every possible opportunity to squeeze every cent out of you as you can.

Plus: Nothing. The whole experience was horrible.

Minus: Havv VG e employees there to help customers. There was nobody!

Plus: The car was clean and drop off was easy

Minus: I am active duty military on orders, I have rented cars thru numerous car rental agencies. When I arrived at budget they would not accept my military extension drivers license they said I could not drive the car!!! If I didn’t have my fiancé with me I would have been screwed. It was rude and they lack the ability to understand uniformed personnel extensions and the importance of accepting such extensions. I personally will never book with them again

Plus: At first glance I liked the size of the car but it could have been cleaner. There was something pink underneath the back seat which left a would get gross when the car got warm. Basically only liked the size of the car.

Minus: The back tires on the car were both bald. I literally slid into oncoming traffic Thursday night when it was raining with my son and two nieces in the car with me. I couldn’t figure out why the car sounded so loud, but once I seen the tires I understood. We were in town for a family members funeral so I had a lot on my plate. I truly never thought I should have to inspect the car for safety issues before pulling it off the lot. I’m extremely disappointed and upset by my experience. I also had ever charge added to my car rental once I got to the air port. My final bill was a complete shock and I was disappointed with being taken advantage of. As I said I was here for a close family members funeral so my emotions have been everywhere. When I sign up online for a care with an idea for a price and then return it for basically double after I was put in a vehicle which was dangerous I’m an extremely unhappy customer. I also had to stand and wait to talk to a manager. After waiting and watching him walk past me I literally had to call out to him for him to actually speak with me for literally nothing more to be addressed. I’m appalled by the way I was treated

Minus: No cars but lots of reservations. Ending up taking a Lyft to the hotel and getting a car at Enterprise downtown next day.

Minus: There was no inventory at time of pick up so the staff tried to downgrade the class of car I would receive. Long wait. Was charged an extra charge for fuel despite filling the gas at Exxon next to airport,
