Plus: The surprise upgrade was excellent. Very welcome! We appreciated the GPS as well. The person at the Avis desk was also very courteous and helpful, even being willing to keep the office open for an extra half hour when our flight was delayed.
Minus: The AVIS pick up was so complicated. Between walking to the rental place, waiting in line, walking to the shuttle, waiting for the shuttle, and arriving at the parking lot, we spent nearly an hour getting our car.
