When we landed they said there weren’t any cars left. The only positive we had was the budget staff person called Quality to get us a car through them. Also, the car kept dying and we had to get a jump 3 times throughout the week.Omdöme skrivet 5 feb. 2023

Upon our arrival to our location for our anniversary trip, budget informed us that they had no cars for us. They told us to catch a cab to our vacation home and they would call us when was available and come pick us up. That call never came for the entirety of our 6 night stay. We were in a location where a rental car was not an option and Budget put us in a really bad position. I paid for an upgrade but I was offered one horrible car after another. Even the car I finally got was horrible and ver sorry inside. Other people receive better cars from what I could see. They had a full inventory of cars in their lots but they chose all the horrible beat up damaged cars to me and my family. We changed cars 4 times after more than an hour wait to see if they would make it better I gave up and chose the option I was given and left.Omdöme skrivet 13 okt. 2021
