Minus: I needed an ice scraper during the rental and the car didn't come with one-- had to borrow one from the hotel and then purchase my own. My co-worker's rental the prior week came with one.

Plus: Great price, nice car and friendly staff.

Minus: Return drop off was not marked. Drove around the rental car area three times, finally saw someone to ask. When i arrived at the counter the attendant asked for the keys, which according to the lot attendant I was to leave in the car. The counter attendant could not find the car and had to ask again where I had left the car.

Plus: The price was great and the folks at the counter were so friendly. It was very easy to find the vehicle in the lot as well.

Plus: The rental counter what literally steps away from baggage claim and the clerk had everything ready. I was finished just a moment after my son pick up the baggage.

Plus: The service, both picking up the car and returning it, was outstanding. The car was great.

Minus: There was nothing I did not like.

Quick service, pick of cars, easy return

Plus: The cars were parked right outside the door. The agent said what cars were available and gave me my choice of three different ones. The car was clean, low miles, and had a full tank of gas. Simple enough, but increasingly not a given with other rental companies. Oh, and their price was the lowest available.

Minus: They ask you to self-report your milage upon return, which I am never going to remember to do.
