I pre-paid the full car and when I went to the counter they told me, literally: "We will no the honoring your reservation" And that's it, no money back, no car, no service. Truly the worst car rental I have ever experienced. I still don't have my money back.Omdöme skrivet 9 aug. 2023

I was unable to rent the car that I ordered from kayak through hertz. The location was closed on the day of my confirmed rental. I had to rent from a different location. Hertz would not let my kayak purchase be applied to that rental. Please refund me my moneyOmdöme skrivet 28 juni 2023

Hertz texted me two days prior to picking up the car. They had run out of cars and the best they could promise me was to put me on a wait list. I had no further contact with them. When I tried to call the local number, I was repeatedly disconnected. I had to go to Budget for a car. I hope that I am not charged for this car that never was!Omdöme skrivet 10 juni 2023

Car was not ready for pick up, had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning. Car was 6 years old with 50K+ miles and reeked of stale marijuana smoke! Also got charged DOUBLE the rate I reserved it for from CarRentals.com!!!Omdöme skrivet 9 apr. 2023

Email gave wrong pick-up address. Correct location closed at exact time of scheduled pickup. Agent on phone unhelpful and a car was not available at any other location. I had to cancel altogether.Omdöme skrivet 23 jan. 2023

I needed to cancel within the 24-hour cancellation period and while the cancellation was accepted I did not receive a refund. Half an hour before the original reservation was supposed to be picked up, I received a call from Hertz saying that they didn't have the car. They left no other options or a number to call back.
