They did not give my deposit back, there's no way there's any damage/interior issues. Price gouging when people are stranded in an airport is also shameful. I will say the employees at Atlanta Airport were fantastic and helped everyone get their rental car as fast as they could in a stressful situation. Very unorganized. Car was given to me with half a tank and when I returned it with half a tank they said it should have been full and charged me. Paperwork wasn’t done correctly and they couldn’t even give me a receipt at the drop off.Omdöme skrivet 17 maj 2023

Reservation made but no cars available. Every other rental car company has 2-3 person lines if any at all, while budget was 20+ and I had to wait just for them to heard us outside and tell us there are no cars available. I leased a one day car and we had to wait two hours to locate a car. I understand that your supply is short and I hate that you have been blamed for the long waits and lack of cars which I personally can’t blame you for. My thanks to the ladies on the front desk in Atlanta, they were very courteous in the face of these obstacles. They need some form of recognition for their service.
