Took nearly an hour and a half to get the car from the airport. Ridiculous. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The car and drop off were great!Omdöme skrivet 29 juli 2023

The only suggestion I would make is at the Reno airport, when there is no one at the booth and rhe car is a call-up, it’s just necessary to sit and wait for the car to be brought up. This only applies to that airport and only under certain circumstances. Otherwise, job well done.Omdöme skrivet 27 juni 2023

Car was fine and good price, but the check in took an hour for 1 staff member to sort us out.Omdöme skrivet 26 juni 2023

Took 2 hours of standing in line at the airport to finally get the car, then when I returned it, the Budget employee didn’t properly check it in so I was charged for 3 extra days.Omdöme skrivet 20 juni 2023

The advertised price was not what I ended up paying and I’ve been charged 3 times on my credit card.Omdöme skrivet 24 maj 2023

The rate and car were fine. The experience at pick up was really bad. Each employee seemed to go out of their way to not be kind. The expressed aggrevation and frustration with us and the other people I was able to hear while in line.Omdöme skrivet 14 maj 2023

The Reno Budget pick up was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I say for 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my car and give me the keys. I watched as numerous clients names were called and drove away on their rental car. I finally walked around to find my car. They had forgotten to tell me it was ready and asked like it was my fault for not being more proactive when all the other clients were in and out very smoothly. It was not good. Literally one of the worst I have had.Omdöme skrivet 27 apr. 2023

I did not like the upsale! The car was booked for one price, the agent deleted it and charged me 390.00, instead of the 45.00 it was originally booked for! BullshitOmdöme skrivet 17 apr. 2023

The pick up in Reno was an abysmal experience at best. The woman helping me was rude, and non-communicative and stated multiple times she was trying to get off her shift. At one point, there were at least 20+ people in line waiting with 4+ Budget attendants that were doing NOTHING! In addition to the extremely poor service, the car I requested (hybrid) was not available and I was put into a coffin of a vehicle as a replacement. Never going with this company again.Omdöme skrivet 22 feb. 2023
