Fact that I called and verified why you spoke a debit card because I do not have credit cards. But upon arrival was denied because I didn't have a credit card. Manager made it very difficult to rent a vehicle. Your company also has unwritten rules that were absolutely ridiculous. I was on my way to Dallas and was unable to get a car. I ended up driving down to enterprise and y’all should strive to be like them! Enterprise made it so easy and had better customer service. They got me a car at a cheaper rate and I was on my way, Will never try to do business with y’all again.Omdöme skrivet 13 mars 2023

The staff was nice. I was charged the wrong amount. I followed all the directions to drop off my paperwork and keys in a box because the location was closed when I arrived at the airport. Instead of being charged 87.09 I was charged 105 on my credit card. I rented from "Payless" not Budget. Didn't care for the $200 refundable security deposit, but that's the way it is today. Vehicle (Toyota Corolla) was in excellent condition, good gas mileage and pick up.Omdöme skrivet 19 juli 2021
