Was told I needed to pay an extra £200 on top of the price that I had been quoted on the website. Apparently, because I had booked through a US website, insurance hadn't been included in the original quote!!Omdöme skrivet 25 apr. 2022

drop off at Gatwick was difficult. its at a hotel in the middle of a very confusing one way system, there are no visible signs until you get into the car park and if youre dropping it off on a sunday like I was theres no one to help you. I parked next to a van with the easirent logo on it so I assume it was the right place but the spaces had hertx written on the ground by them so I may well end up with a fine. who knows.Omdöme skrivet 18 apr. 2022

They tried to charge me double when I went to pick the car up. They said insurance was not included. There was no mention of this in the emails and agreement. I lost 5 hours and ended up walking away as I was disgusted with the situation. In fairness, the manager at the centre was polite and helpful and admitted the website was not transparent, but there was nothing he could do.Omdöme skrivet 18 mars 2022

The car ended up being 4 times more expensive than advertised. Personal weren’t very nice and weren’t trying to be very helpful. Would definitely not use this service again, especially not through kayak/priceline. There’s no transparency on how much the car actually costs.Omdöme skrivet 19 feb. 2022
