Minus: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Plus: Na

Minus: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Minus: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Plus: Loved the smooth ride.

Minus: Bathroom was pretty nasty

Minus: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Minus: A pandemic not to occur and cause cancellation of this trip. Planned for over 6 months, cancelled.

Plus: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Minus: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Plus: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Minus: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Plus: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Minus: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Plus: Perfect

Minus: Nothing. Flight was amazing

Minus: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Plus: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Minus: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Minus: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Minus: Stating it’s a train from the beginning and not having to go from one train station to another.

Minus: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Minus: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Plus: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Minus: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Minus: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Plus: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Minus: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Minus: Very nice crew and great food

Minus: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Plus: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Minus: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Plus: Impressive service... amazing crew, very friendly and professional

Plus: Very nice airplane and pleasant crew

Plus: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Minus: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Plus: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Minus: Window did not darken like the others.

Minus: I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!

Minus: check in takes 30 minutes since my visa was in old passport

Plus: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Minus: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Plus: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Minus: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Plus: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Minus: Don’t sell an unrealistic connection time

Minus: With the coronavirus breakout it was better if they pass disinfectant wipes especially before meals

Plus: The crew was friendly and willing to serve.

Minus: Seat could have been more comfortable (it is thin) and more space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Minus: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Plus: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Plus: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Minus: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.
