Loved the speed of the rental process. Speed at the reservation desk was quite good - maybe 3-4 minutes. Got off the elevator, spoke to a rep and were driving out in less than 5 after that. Plus:Staff was very friendly and helpful.Minus:Mechanical condition of vehicles was big problem. Went through 3 cars in a week. One (the 1st) had brake trouble, another (the 2nd) actually broke down on the freeway 20 min. after pick-up.
