Bait and switch. Booked a car from the airport since Kayak booked me on with a car company they said was on the airport but was a 15 minute drive away and I could find no shuttle. I didnt like the way they handle the toll roads. They have the license plate blocked out so you cant pay directly. Its 13 or 14 dollars a day or i understand they will charge you $15.00 each yoll plus the toll.Omdöme skrivet 24 apr. 2023

Woman working the counter was very nice and that was the only positive. The car itself was extremely dirty, dented, missing a window panel, and whistled when driven on the highway. Felt very unsafe and there were no other cars available unless I wanted to pay more per day. I would’ve spent less money taking Ubers than I did renting the car after the added toll fees, pre-filled gas, and added insurance. Will not be renting again from Fox.Omdöme skrivet 2 apr. 2023
