The kiosk where you pick up the vehicle is not easy to find. After asking several people where it, it was broken, had to take a cab to their office 2 hours later and then 4 hours after getting to the kiosk finally got the keys to the carOmdöme skrivet 8 aug. 2023

Identification of Hertz pick location in Bergen on your web site was very poor. Signage of the pick location was next to non existent. A petrol car was ordered but an electric car was provided, without notice and without recharging instructions. The Hertz pickup kiosk did not accept my Australian drivers licence. This necessitated an extended telephone call to your staff. The car Cruise control did not work. Very easy with self pick up and drop off, although not great if you have questions. The vehicle was extremely clean and ran well. Only issue was the carpets had been deep cleaned and were soaked for days so we couldn’t put anything on the floors. Small issue in the grand scheme of things!Omdöme skrivet 24 juni 2023

I tried to request a refund because the location did not exist. I tried many times to find it, had several people (locals) help me, and no one knew where it was. Don't try to book after hours with Hertz here. They have a self service after hours kiosk, but it's unlikely they will actually put your keys in there. We had to wait until the next morning to pick up our car. Cost us $80 in taxi/bus fees and we were not reimbursed for those or the lost time with the car.Omdöme skrivet 6 sep. 2022

Hertz fabricated a damage claim of two scratches on the car that they said happened while I had the car. They then billed by credit card for $1700 for the repair. They are running a criminal scam.Omdöme skrivet 31 aug. 2022
