Plus: Staff were helpful and tried to fix the issue with pick up caused by one of their colleagues.
Minus: I was offered a pick up at a different location but the vehicle was not there when I arrived. I had to wait 30 mins to get the car. This caused a delay with my travel plans for the rest of the day.

Plus: The car
Minus: The agent lied that we needed insurance and the credit card insurance doesn't work in Mexico. This was a waste of money. Upon return, no agent available. He was out for a walk and someone else had to call him back to the airport. This wasted a half hour

Plus: Price was very low.
Minus: The airport we landed at did not have a National booth. They brought the car to us. The car was a car way bigger than the one I requested and he didn't bring it around until after we signed everything. The car was dirty. When it came to drop off they were not waiting for us at the airport the way they said they would. Instead they told us to park the car in the airport parking lot and to leave the keys under the mat. They said they would go get it shortly. Like wth. They weren't even going to honor the reservation until I said no this the price I reserved the car for and then they changed it.
