Very easy.
Plus: The ease of the rental was great. No issues, got me into the car I reserved. The manager, Dimitri, was polite and attentive to my needs. Car was clean and they serviced it for me before taking it to ensure the were no issues.

Seamless!
Plus: When I booked the rental I immediately received an email confirmation regarding my rental complete with a phone number to call with any questions or concerns. When I went to pick up my rental there was no confusion and everything was exactly as I had booked.
Minus: I have no complaints.
