Safe and clean place to...

The hotel offers a 24h front desk and the room is clean and has a good view of Alameda. I was under the impression we were going to have a little fridge in the room but maybe I was mistaken.

I was very underwhelmed about the breakfast which had bread and croissant but only butter, cheap cheese spread and jam to go on it. Not any kind of ham for example or further options. However, hygienic and tidy. The shower runs out of hot water quite quickly and don't even shower for too long. I also have experienced a bad situation with one particular receptionist on Saturday evening. We walked in from the street to get our room key but she was on the phone and didn't acknowledge our arrival or give two sh*ts about us standing there right in front of her and kept us waiting for over 20 minutes until she was finished with the call so she could ask us how she could help us.

Great location, 20m from the underground station. Quiet, nice room. Good staff.

Bathroom fan was noisy in all the 3 rooms we had. Poor breakfast choice.

Lack of chair/table/TV guide

The place is nice located. The metro is 30m away from the hotel entrance. Not far from the hotel you can find some nice restaurants

I missed English-language TV channels. Breakfast should be a little big richer. There should be some eggs, some meat and fresh vegetables.

Direct at the Subway Station. Nice and clean rooms. We had even had a Mini Bar with beverages and beer included.

The breakfest was ok but could have been better.

The hotel is in a rather good location and well communicated.

Breakfast was really bad and the room was overpriced, for what it proposed.

The special thing is the for me here the perfect location. I use the metro, and the station Alameda exit is just some meters away from the hotel. From Alameda I can easily travell from airport, to train station (Oriente), down town (Rossio or Baixa-Chiado) or north to Roma. Perfect placment for us.

The breakfast although adeqate was a little simple.

Clean and comfortable . Helpful staff. Very close to metro to the old town area. Fonte Luminosa was pretty at night. Lots of shopping nearby. Close to the airport.

Very small rooms. A little far away, but doable with the metro.

The hotel discounted 88 € from my card on July12th. On september7th, I started to stay in this hotel, hey discounted the hole amount, they didn’t discount the money payed veditelo. I didn’t receive my money yet.

The location is perfect, near the metro station. The room is clean, the staff is helpful and kindly.

The breakfast would be more variable, very simple, We brought some food with us. There could be some hangers in the bathroom for the towels.

Location was great, next to the metro and bus station and university.

The breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit items, maybe some eggs. The other big issue was with their card machine. It didn't work at check out -- on all four of my cards and I was very lucky to be carrying cash with me. The cards were fine since I tested them right after at the airport. They should fix their machine as it cause unexpected delays/problems.

What i liked: Location right by an entrance to a metro station. Plenty of small supermarkets around. If you take the metro you can find yourself at the Commerce Square (Praça do Comércio) in 15 minute after exiting the building. The bad and and the bathroom are in a good shape, there is some room left in the room away from the bed. When I complained about the doors of the shower cabin they were fixed right away. So the stuff is ready to fix certain issues

The breakfast is too "continental" and no change from day to day. Simply don't count on it in terms of anything but extra calories. And there is no fridge in your room. Location: there are no good places to dine or have lunch in the vicinity. Only small snack places of which there is a plenty though. When it came to the payment it turned out (coincidence?) that the card payment terminal does not work and I had to walk ~ 500m to the closest ATM that had very bad rate. The toilet paper was always wet and slightly contaminated with something they had spilled on it. There is no shampoo in the room, only soap. Bring your shampoo with you. The elevator is slow and does not go to the ground floor by default. You may find it having escaped from you to the 8 floor and then go back to the 1st floor and start moving up afterwards. Given that the hotel occupies 6th to 8th floors of the building with the reception desk at the 6th floor elevator is not a luxury at all :)

Good location, the Metro station's entry is right at the building's door. The room was ready in the morning, when I arrived, which was a very pleasant surprise.

The room and bathroom were well fitted but really very small.

The rooms were very comfortable, wifi was excellent, the reception desk was very helpful and they were always ready to help incase you dont know the area around u. There is a great garden outside and also there is alot of buses , taxis, scooters, cycles and metro also. Lots of good restaurants also nearby so as a budget hotel it's good access to most of these places.

The main thing which was disappointing was the lift. Also u would think the reception is in the lobby when u enter but it's on the 6th floor. So u have to take the lift which can accommodate 4-5 people (400kg max) & then go to the 6th floor. We were on the 8th floor and everytime we came we had to go to the 6th floor, ask the reception that we want to go to the 8th floor and then we could go there (7th and 8th floor buttons were not there in the lift). Its a real hassle bcoz also during that time there will be other people who also want to use the lift and it operates very slowly. The breakfast could do well with having little meat options. Its not worth it going for the breakfast coz it's just cereals, bread and coffee. Better to have outside or direct lunch.

The position of the hotel was perfect with just five metres to the metro. The room was nice and beds okay. The bathroom was really nice and clean.

The service could have been better. No efforts were made to accommodate to anything out of the ordinary (like gluten intolerance or a breakfast bun in advance due to early take off despite us having paid for breakfasts). Too late to start breakfast at 7.30 but maybe that is standard in Portugal. The elevator had some issues.

Location - subway just in front, convenience store nearby, caffee downstairs, university uphill. Cleanliness was OK. Staff was nice. Price is OK - Lisbon is really expensive nowadays and its hard to find a reasonable room with a *private bathroom*.

Room was really small. The bathroom was smelly. The pictures you see when booking might not correspond with the reality you get - check your room size. Everybody mentions - the breakfast was the most basic i ever had during my 15 years of travel. As for the bathroom service, just a batch of round soaps was offered.

The bedroom was spacious and nice.

The staff were not pleasant and friendly compared to the other hotels we stayed in Barcelona, Fatima and Porto during our trip last May 2019.

Two steps from the street-level front door to the Alameda red line metro stop made our trip to the airport, with bags, super simple. The view from the room's ample front windows across a lovely park was very nice. Rooms are on the 6 th, 7th and 8th floor of this multi-use building, so you are above a lot of street noise, and the noise vanishes when you close the windows. The room has a desk, a good closet, a good shower, and the staff is wonderful, and will hold things in a small refrigerator at the desk for you and print out your boarding pass.

Don't expect luxury here. It's relatively clean (some mold in the shower, some dustballs on the floor) and it's a pretty small room. The bed linens were decent, even if the bed was a bit hard. It's sort of like a Motel 6 or Motel 8 in the U.S. The breakfast is rolls, coffee in an urn, cold cereal, a few pastis de nata. Some sort of Tang instead of real orange juice. You may want to skip this breakfast and step into one of Lisbon's too-numerous-to-count pastry shops. But if you just want a quick overnight before dragging your roller bags to the airport, it's a good choice.

Very good located with 2 metros ride in front of the hotel's door, giving you a fast connection to the airport and city center. Rooms very always clean.

The room(s) were quite small, also the desk which makes working almost impossible. Sometimes the bathroom was smelling bad, but maybe it was due to the construction works that were going on.

The location was very good. The room was clean and the bathroom was new and clean. The staff was friendly. Good value for money I would say.

The door could not be locked from inside. The breakfast was very simple (only two types of bread and cereals) and no fruit or anything with protein. Hotel reception is on 6th floor and the stairs were partly too dark to walk (so I could only take lift).

Wi-Fi, staff was nice, accepted to print my flight checkin and to keep my baggages for some hours after checkout.

Extremely noisy, lucky i was there only for 2 nights, there was an air pipe or some very thick pipe next to the window, that was making a lot of noise 24h, could not sleep because of that noise. The room was with 2beds, even îf they previously accepted to provide a double bed room. No view from the window, poor breakfast, only milk with cereals and some pastry. No value for money.

The hotel is close to a metro station, located on the line which goes to the airport, which is convenient for travellers. The staff is speaking English. The room was basic, but clean, the bathroom was...

Great location and staff. Well connected to the historic downtown, restaurants and transportation.

Location and friendly staff

The staff was really helpful and cheerful. The location is very good, the metro station is in front of the hotel where you can access the airport and the city centre easily.

Good location, right in front of subway. This hotel is very basic but beds are comfortable and bathroom recently renovated. Good place for short stay.

Small, slow elevator. Have to stop at reception for them to let the elevator go up to your floor.
