I did not like your service. When people make a reservation, keep it for them and don’t cancel their reservations only to reap them off at the last hour. You canceled my reservations twice and charged me on a day to day basis for two days for a total of $188 plus just because at that time I have no choice even making me to pay more on my credit card. You guys better go to hell. I will never use you guys again nor refer you to anyone even in my next trip to Columbus Ohio.Omdöme skrivet 1 aug. 2023

Customer service was excellent, drop off and pick up process was very easy and price was good compared to other locations Car was very dirty when we got it, even though the sign said it was cleaned for covid. Chocolate on several seats, large pieces of food on the floor. It didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. We spent 30 minutes giving it a thorough clean before our trip. My plane was delayed several times, and ended up arriving almost 4 hours after the scheduled arrival time. This was also 3 hours after Enterprise was supposed to close. Kenny, the Enterprise employee stayed open for me and a few other customers well past midnight. I called Hertz first and they balked at me using a 'debit card' (they also wanted some sort of corporate card??) ... i ended up calling Enterprise and they said no problem whatsoever with using my 'debit card'... so they got the sale which was substantial.Omdöme skrivet 23 juni 2021

Plus:Staff was great car was clean.Minus:On kayak I added the Insurance for 11 dollars per day. Once I arrived at Enterprise I was told it’s 18 dollars per day. The old bait and switch, this is crappy and should not happen.Omdöme skrivet 23 juni 2020
