I reserved a seven seater SUV two months in advance I get to the airport and they let go our vehicle and had nothing to fit my family we had to go to a different rental company and Get two cars to accommodate us. Pick up was slow due to only one agent working for three brands at one time (and a late flight arrival). Nobody's fault on this. Agent was VERY pleasant and VERY helpful. No complaints there. Plus:The staff was friendly, the car was clean and roomy. Pick up and drop off was easy.Minus:We were only able to drive the car for the airport, one day while we had it and back to the airport.
