Car was ready when we arrived. Process was seamless. Counter agent was very pleasant, knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly. Hertz is no longer at the airport - you have to catch a shuttle to Jackson. Fine if your destination is near Jackson; we needed to go North so a real pain. Car smelled of smoke; was dirty when picked up; rear tires were 12 Lbs lower than front. Never again….Omdöme skrivet 29 sep. 2021

The Hertz rental location is super misleading. It is NOT at JAC, you have to take a 25m shuttle to get to the rental place. That may be fine for someone staying in downtown Jackson (though it is not the most convenient), but is rather annoying for folks staying closer to Moose. Hertz no longer has a counter at the Jackson Hole airport. Travelers have to take a shuttle into town in order to get a car. Because of this, I did not use Hertz but went with another company instead. There's no way I would consider Hertz in Jackson Hole in this circumstance.Omdöme skrivet 22 sep. 2021
