The SUV reeked of marijuana for one week and Hertz said they could not deliver a replacement car. They said I would have to drive over an hour each way to return the car. The car had a low air pressure message the entire time. Also, when I rented the website said the car was at Pensacola Airport, but it was at PNS HLE. Cannot complain about anything... Pick up was easy, the managers special turned out to be a Volkswagen Tiguan which was like new and the drive was excellent. Drop off was also simple. Thanks again for a great service ! HayleyOmdöme skrivet 13 juli 2022

The vehicle and hertz staff were all good. The location to pick up was terrible. There was no way to get there from the airport without a taxi service which costs an additional 50 dollars. The hertz vehicle rental in the airport was totally unwilling to assist and basically said tough luck, get a cab! I will never go this route again and go through a different service altogether to find my rentals. This was not explained well enough if at all that I can recall.Omdöme skrivet 22 juni 2022

It was almost impossible to cancel the reservation. First you are advised to call, then you are told you cannot speak to anyone. Then the website was difficult to use to cancel. Then I get assessed a cancellation fee. Outrageous!Omdöme skrivet 8 feb. 2022
