Once I received the car things were okay. The problem was the lady at the Spokane Airport's counter. There was a dramatic price change (in my favor) on my rental due to changes in the rental. When I asked her to help me with getting the reimbursement she told me that she would not make the phone call to to help me get this taken care of.Omdöme skrivet 2 aug. 2022

Was never aware of the $400 deposit i had to make once i picked up the vehicle even though the rental portion was already paid for plus insurance! Car could have been a little cleaner . The final bill total ended up being far more than the quoted price. There were several extra charges that weren’t originally discussed or included on the estimate. I didn’t deviate from the trip that I told them I was taking, nor did I return the vehicle with a low fuel tank. Plus:I was on my car and on my way in 10 min. The rental was cheaper than any other place, I checked several other companies, and tried doing the bundles with airfare and hotel, direct was still cheaper.Minus:If you don't fill up before you bring it back, which I recommend, they charge 6.99 a gallon.Omdöme skrivet 29 juni 2021
