The combination of staff anf facility was outstanding. I want to stay there next time. it is a new property, so swimming pool was not available.
Quick access to and from airport Very modern and clean Restaurant in hotel has good food choices beyond the norm Late check out only until 2PM--hard for those with a late flight out.
I paid for my hotel room in advance, and I paid in full. My flight was delayed and I didn't get to the airport until 3 am. Hyatt gave my room away because I hadn't checked in, and then sent me to a comfort suites. I paid for the room, so even if I don't check in, why give it away?
Proximity to the airport and an hourly shuttle. Breakfast and the breakfast area are quite nice. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.
The room was spacious and the bed comfy, but the bathroom!? I loved the decor and fixtures. It was like a mini spa and I wished I could have stayed longer to utilize the pool and work out room. Would definitely stay again.
Clean, quiet, free shuttle, extra helpful staff!!!
Super comfortable beds The airport shuttle experience. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, I waited about an hour before just taking an Uber from the airport to the hotel. And when taking the shuttle back to the airport, the driver was unfriendly.
Overall seemed like a good place at first. Comfy bed. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. Disgusting.
Run down and dingy.
I choose this hotel because was near to the airport and has a shuttle 24 hours. I need just a overnight and for that was fine. It doesn't has anything to do and it expensive, but for the area was okay. No elevator, noisy, old place, etc.
Rooms dirty, no wifi signal in room. No lift . Unfriendly staff. All in all very bad . Would not consider to stay
Bed, pillows, newer carpet, shower. shuttle was quick and efficient poor tv reception with lots of static on all channels. noisy with lounge below me. hair on floor in bathroom. telephone did not work. poor wifi coverage
value is good needs new maintance people or a owner that will spend money to update things
Staff tried to help, but were clearly overwhelmed and did not appear to have managerial support to meet the challenges that they faced. There was a party in the room next to us which was very loud. When we spoke to the front desk, they let us know that they were unable to move us as they were fully booked. They made 2 attempts at quieting them at my request, but did not seem to have any managerial support to try other options. My daughters and i got very little sleep and almost overslept which would have caused us to miss our plane. When I called corporate office later the response was tepid, I was referred to the local hotel who called once and left a message. They have yet to return my call and in their message only offered a mild apology. They seemed unaware that a financial consideration, review of their protocol etc were options.
The van driver is always such a nice guy. He's picked up before and he was great. The fact that this is my third time in the hotel and there's always the same problem with the rooms not getting any Internet signal, especially when ppl like me have been traveling all day long. And for the Love of God... what is that cigarrette smell in the halls and rooms?
is Very close to airport and they have airport and cruise port transportation Rooms were extremely small and the hotel itself is in much need of a remodel. Isn't convenient to any of the site and activities of miami. And even though the hotel is directly in front of the hotel it still took well over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up
The restaurant in the hotel Was useful Before we Leave and take our plane. In the lobby, They call us a taxi , the staff Was very helpful.
The air conditioning was nice My room was next to the cleaning room for the staff . They were loud every morning . I didn't get any houskeeping I had to call twice for service
I stayed here to catch a flight out of Miami the next morning. I was traveling on crutches, and when I first arrived, I was told that I had a room on the second floor right and that there is no elevator. The staff was very accommodating and changed me to a first floor room. I took the free shuttle in the morning, and the shuttle driver made sure to drop me off right in front of my terminal. Overall a good experience, and optimally located for a super early flight to the airport, but wouldn't recommend for vacation. I found the room to be nice, but the bathroom to be a bit dirty.
Nothing Water didnt get hot had to take cold showers. Sink was leaking water. Very loud noise. Dirty carpet. Group of men drinking beer by my room door! Its horrible
The shuttle buses were on time for the airport drop off. Too loud in our room. heard trucks, garbage trucks and too close to the road. affected our sleep. didn't like view of highway. Most important-our bathroom sink didn't work! Only hot water-couldn't control the faucets. So we used the bathtub faucet to wash up!! The toilet was running and water was puddled around the toilet floor! We were too tired to complain for another room. We told the desk person as we checked out the next am. we only stayed one night. Also-one floor lamp didn't work. Seems like that stuff shouldn;t of been overlooked by the maid or staff!
The rooms were outstanding. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and catered to my every need. The pool was not heated as listed. The location is only great if you don't plan on seeing what Miami has to offer. Its a really nice airport hotel.
The rooms were big and well laid out, bright, and had everything I needed. The staff melted down when a plane was grounded. Over-run and not prepared.
It was quiet. Most of the items on the menu in hotel restaurant were unavailable. there were no restaurants nearby.
Clean and comfortable Nothing
Great room. Great shower. Comfy bed Internet was terrible. Restaurant service needs improvement
Fitness center was nice and the rooms/hotel was super clean.
The suite was very clean and nice
When I first pulled up and they didn't have a let I was a little worried about my choice of hotel, but once inside I realized this was an amazing hotel. The room was incredible, the shower was to die for, the facilities were relaxing and classy. There wasn't one detail that went unnoticed by the staff/hotel. It's the only hotel I want to stay in when I'm in Miami from now on!
I like that the shuttle van picked us up from the airport and gave us info on how to get to the port of Miami for our cruise. The staff was very nice and informative. The breakfast should include eggs though, other than that, everything was great!
I only stayed for a night during a layover and everything was pretty good. I liked that there was a shuttle, so it made it easier for me to get to and from the hotel in a less than 10 minute drive. The front desk people were all very nice and helpful. It would be helpful if somewhere on the confirmation email it emphasized that the shuttle had to say HOLIDAY INN and SLEEP INN in order to get in. Another lady and I were upset as we had to keep asking different shuttles which one would take us to our destination. It was a late night when the shuttle driver picked me up so I understand he was probably tired, but he did not have to be so rude. Instead of getting out of the car or rolling down his window to talk to me, he used confusing body language that I did not understand so that seemed to upset him. He did not greet me or say anything when I was in the car. I put my bags away and took them out of the car without his help. Besides that little incidence, my stay was great. I would definitely return again during a layover.
This location was fine for a quick overnight stay between flights. The location and the hotel were quite adequate and the bed was comfortable. Pizza ads were under our door upon our arrival. After a long day traveling, we ordered in, but they didn't show for over an hour and a half with a simple order, after we walked to IHOP for food. We'd suggest this hotel stop this establishment from leaving these ads. Multiple reviews online we later found showed this was a continued issue with lackluster food.
The confort n price
Shuttle Driver from the airport was extremely nice, told me places to go and visit. Very professional. Breakfast in the morning also a nice point. Nothing...
Close to airport. Shuttle service very good Sub par rooms. Unfriendly staff
Everything. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out . and the breakfast was served and replace quickly. That there were not ice machines on each floor.
Comfortable No shops nearby
Clean and nicely designed General Manager was a bit snippy
Breakfast The airconditioner don't stay on and takes too long too turn on soo cann't sleep good
The hotel is clean, close to Miami airport, and the WiFi is excellent. The hotel is a bit dated, rooms are clean but slightly musty, only one available computer to browse/print boarding passes.
bra med shuttle bus to and from airport.väldigt bra frukost
Enkelt att hitta. Bra parkering, Nära till flygplatsen och biluthyrningen. Vänlig personal och trevlig stämning. Bra frukostbuffé även om vi saknade grovt bröd. Nej
The rooms were exotic and we loved the garage
sex hotel, mirrors on ceiling, see through shower in the room
Clearly a sex hotel. My husband and I were unaware of this. My husband was uncomfortable so we left. Aside from that, the woman at the front desk was rude to us from the beginning. If you just want to get it on, I'm sure this place is great, but if you're looking for somewhere to stay before/after your vacation, I suggest the Clarion Inn and Suites, about a mile down the road.
It was clean and large. No transport, adult only, no blanket, sent to the wrong area and the hall was dark in that area. Lighted on the other side. No TV except porno. no radio no clock. This is obviously not a place to go unless you are looking for sex.
I was promised a "boutique" room with amenities like a desk. I called in advance to make sure my late arrival (after 8pm) was not a problem and received a text saying my room was ready for me. When I arrived, I found they had given away my and all other boutique rooms and needed to put me in another kind of room. It was clearly meant for adulterous couples having brief sex or prostitutes. It was behind other buildings and the only entrance was through a private garage (I had no car). The room had no closet, no desk, no table, no chairs, no blankets and no hangers. While they would bring blankets on request, I was told hangers were impossible. So, my conference clothes had to get wrinkled. Only after 15 minutes of arguing and suggesting ways of obtaining hangers, did someone go somewhere in the hotel to obtain hangers. The decor also included a mirror on the ceiling over the bed and otherwise suggested a room meant only for sex. There was also a graphic porn channel on TV that one did not have to request and just appeared when flipping through channels. Almost worst than the lack of conventional amenities was the attitude for quite some time. All promises were "subject to availability." I have stayed in much cheaper hotels but I have never stayed in a hotel with such a terrible attitude, especially by the manager. I was told that the manager was available only from 9-5 and that it was impossible to reach anyone higher up with any power. At some level, I have only myself to blame. I booked the hotel in a great rush. Once I had the terrible service, I went online to discover how many people had similar horrible experiences.
I loved the decor and amenities such as aux cable and DVD player. Very romantic but not to sexually based. I didn't like that The room was dirty. I found a hair on the mini bar that was also missing a few items and a baby wipe with lipstick on it. as well as the toilet room was not private at all and that was a negative.
Privacy and ease of access from auto. Ran out of large danish(?) by 9am. Not much else to eat except yogurt. No tea. Only coffee.
Price is excellent and the room decor is great.
The location is ok..... The housekeeping was very honest and nice The sheets and the towels didt have fresh smell. Only have a sheet on the bed no blanket. Have to ask for pillows. Washcloths. Towels. They dnt provide toothbrush and toothpaste.
The bed was very comfortable , big shower but water wouldn't get hot. Tiny tv but nice bose system. Everything else, on night stand type of place, saw transsexuals n addicts there, breakfast was rice crispies, cookies a small milk n a tiny sunnyD.... do not go here if y'all care about each other !!! And don't prebook online u can pay by the hour at the actual hotel and u will be able to see the difference between rooms!!
No in room WiFi, no windows, room was a cement bunker.
The shower was hot. Staff was unfriendly, but to be expected when every person coming through the front has a complaint. The owner has cut every expense possible. Mold in shower, floor and walls were dirty, only 2 small pillows on the bed with no blanket or comforter only sheets. We were told (through email) that we could check in at 9am after 24+ hours of traveling. Upon arriving the desk attendant informed us they had no open rooms. We then waited over 2 hours in the lobby for them to clean a room and were told we'd be charged an extra $30 for early check in. During the 2 hours, we heard at least half a dozen complaints but the previous night's boarders. Not a good experience.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lack of food options. Dish network as the cable provider. The tiniest bit of bad weather and the TV lost the signal.
Near the airport.Nice and modern interiour. Good bed, big tv screen. Breakfast room is on the top floor overseeing the air traffic. Beautiful panorama. I was very pleased with the free wifi connection. If you don't have a computer, you can use one of the Mac's in the lobby, bring your credit card along.
I had a few problems with flights and checking in late, the Hotel staff were very helpful at rearranging my booking. The breakfast I thought was very poor. And it finished on the dot no messing.
Great staff, breakfast and services. Hotel looking a little tired.
The Hotel per se is quite old, but the staff are so great an friendly that for sure I will be there again and again...
Room was clean, compfy and quiet.. No pool, no good restaurants nearby..
It's a comfortable place to stay if you have to spend the night in Miami because of your flight schedule. Friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. I didn't like that I had to wait an hour at the airport before the hotel shuttle arrived. They say it's a maximum waiting time of an hour, but it wasn't very busy and it's just too long if you're tired after a 10 hour flight.
it has coin laundry, great location, frendly staff smell of the room
Clean rooms, easy to get to/from airport, parking available. Clean, but in a crappy part of town. The room looked like it has not been updated since the 50s. No restaurants nearby other than some really shady dives.
The distance frok the airport Very cheap room tiny bathroom very low quality for the $111 A night
Close to airport, very basic room Staff and nice Facilities are old Not a very safe neighborhood
Felt unsafe, run down
Staff was nice Too many spiders. Not worthy.
The place is not worth the price. The room I stayed in was more than simple, it seemed dirty, although the room was clean. There is a very noisy bar across the street that was still noisy when I left for the airport at 4:30am. All night there where people walking through the courtyard that seemed to be drunk. The office staff was friendly and helpful but I honestly did not feel safe.
waited for the shuttle bus at the airport all the other hotels buses pass by was not made where that u have to call for the shuttle bus to come pick u up and was not in formed that the shuttle stop running after 10 pm my roommate had to take a cab the television in the sitting are was not working and we was only here for a day there was a spider in the bath room sink and one coming down from the bath room vent
The room was ok. Ok bed. Wifi worked good. No safety locks on the doors, no door bolts, and outside hallways. the tub drain was clogged. 3 inches of water in the tub when showrring.
I don't agree with all the negative reviews. No, this motel isn't the Ritz-Carlton, but for $58 a night it isn't bad. The room is comfortable, the art on the walls is decent, and it has free wifi. If you're a family traveling on a budget and don't mind staying across the street from an airport, go ahead. The A/C wasn't easy to control.
The hotel was very dirty, and felt unsafe. My new wife and I slept in the car. We didn't want to sleep on the cigarette burned, feces stained sheets, nor stay in the prostitute infested hotel. I just gave them back my key. They would not give us a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a Days Inn right around the corner.
Absolutely nothing Room's were dirty and small. Bed frame was broken and could of caused injury. Left twenty minutes after check in.
