the hotel for bulgaria was one of the best over there and the food again by bulgarian standards was good the all inclusion deal for drinks coffees pizzas ice cream ect was excellent
The animation team is excellent, without them the whole hotel would be worth nothing. Eternal gratitude to them for the fun, they have shown us really excellent performances. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is demanding. In the common areas - restaurant, reception - was not, or only sometimes was the air conditioner turned on; before we selected the meal, we were perspiring. There was in the elevator 31 degrees. The ****- was not found anywhere, the dishes were in the oil, the Hungarian stomach doesn’t like it. The " food choice" has always been similar. We went to another hotel in Bulgaria, which is ***, but its restaurant - so the foods are also - by comparison, with many stars were better. Hardly anything we ate at the hotel, all inclusive price paid was a waste of money. The majority of staff - thanks for the exception – were apathetic, except for a waiter boy and except especially the animation team members! They were excellent!
Big family room, cleaned every day, towels changed too daily. Nice swimming pools with a water slide. Good quality food but could be more varied. First night we had a very noisy room (with a view to a busy road, a lot of traffic day and night), but they change it at request with a pool view room, that was just fine. Reception staff OK, like Nick or Teodor, but Christina could try a smile.
The staff were friendly and the food was great. The room was modern and very clean. Overall a great place to stay.
Excelent hotel comparing to a good price! The food in the restaurant ala carte is superb! I've seen a lot of hotels in Bulgaria but this is definatly one of the best. They charge normal prices on the minibar which is also really ok!
Perfect luxury hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent with combination of friendly and good English speaking waiters. The location is perfectly quit and in walking distance (5mins) to the city center. Parking is not a problem here!

It is as in its name "grand primoretz" I wish all the rooms would have the sea view. The rest perfect.....
The hotel is new, well furnished and located in the park area very close the the city center. SPA is very good and not expensive. There is very nice swimming pool area with a sea view. The food in the restaurants and its variety is poor.
Quite simply the best hotel we have stayed in. The spa area is quite simply magnificent. Not in the liveliest of area's however.
At least the show near the pool in the evening seems to be the only thing that worth money for staying there. The rate shows how much you can get for money you pay. Very noisy place, room refrigerator broken, antiques towels, room door with a little of push can be easily opened.Restaurant - broken plates, morning juice and coffee almost impossible to drink. The 4th star of this hotel - maybe someone can see it like a blink, we haven`t find it. We booked for two nights but in the morning we left in a rush... Id `s were held at the reception up to we checked out... By far I would not recommend this hotel for peoples looking for comfort and quiet.
It was very noisy up to 5.30 in the morning. Would not stay there again
In the center of Sunny Beach, good food, free parking, good value for money. No internet in the room, only in the loby.

I spent 3 days (with reservations made in advance) and wanted to extend my stay another day. I was walking from one day to another, arriving in the situation that on the day of departure was not who I talk to gives me a sure answer ... previous evening departure I was told that the next morning to talk to hotel manager. at 9 I was told that I will speak to the manager at 11 and at 11 to be postponed for 15 hours, 11.12 hours Check-out had to do .... the version I was proposed to have my luggage was checking out, move them in the lobby and wait for a response until 15 o'clock. Yet given the fact that I expressed the option of extending the stay of two days ago. To all this I I was told not even an ordinary 'sorry' from a reception so bored (was a little brunette girl) that I have the feeling that something bothered her. Too bad, the hotel promised much.
I disliked many things: 1.cleaning of the room which was horrible (dirty sheets, no change of towels, bad smelling in the bathroom); 2. For the payment of the rooms, instead of taking from my account only 390 eur, they have taken in leva 780 leva, so almost 400 eur...; 3. There was plenty of food, but miserable; 4. The location was not so close to the beach, as I thought would be when booking it.
It's a young hotel (stated 18-30). I enjoyed the most the fact that most of the customers where in my age range. The staff (specially the cleaning ladies) weren't so professional all the time. Probably because it's difficult to be with 20 yo customers focused mainly on drinking. But still...
hotel central for everything this hotel catered for 18 to 30s we had no sleep for the first week moving rooms 4 times they were running up and down the corridors and banging on doors till 4 and 5 in the morning we will never go back
