wellness centre-location-staff-structure. you qouted euro 83-i paid euro93 due to apparant exchange rate!!!!
The food was every day the same and by the end of our holiday we went in other places to eat. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Bulgarians have no idea what client service means. They are rude and very unpolite. We reserved tennis courts and when going to play some other people were playing and our names were erased from the list with white paste. The guy probably got more money from them. We will never go there again. It is a SHAME for booking.com to have this hotel on its list. The hotel DOES NOT belong to RIU chain but it still is advertised as one. All staff was very rude since the beginning/ When getting to the hotel with our car the security told us in a very very umpolite manner that we can not park there. He didn't ask if we astayed in the hotel or not and he said he doesn't care where we find a parking place. When asking the manager why we can not park on the free spots she told us the security guy has already made some arrangements with some of the guests. All double rooms are facing a road with a huge traffic 24/7. When trying to pay for sunbeds the guy responsible with that told us that we can not take any sunbeds because they are all rented even though they were all empty. When asking the hotel how we can reserve them the answer was:you do not need a reservati
I really enjoyed the quietness of this place and the good food. Yes...To buy the near empty land plot and make some parking places for the hotel clients.
The stylish atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff.
great view of the park, quiet, great food, comfortable and close to the beach, very balanced architecture and colors the beach belonging to the resort had rocks compared to other beaches near by, if you are unlucky and get a room with street view ... you'll have noise and bad air ...
very clean,on the beach,not crowded.
excellent food, friendly staff, nice ambiance and no things to worry at all poor internet connection available only in main lobby and payed
Professional staff (special thanks to the waitress Stefania K.). Variety of tasty food (an excellent idea to offer a special dinner meniu presenting traditional food of specific countries). During dinner time guests have to pay for all drinks (e.g. water, tea, juice) additionally - even with the paid half board. Hotel guests have also to pay for visit to saunas. These points were not mentioned in booking conditions.
The beach is very close. The pools are perfect. I liked the daily sport programmes. The garden is beautiful, so many wonderful sculptures. The inside decoration is also nice. The hotel is in the silent (I mean more silent) part of the beach. I recommend it. The price does not include the safety deposit box in the room. There are not enough parking places. In the restaurant they did not like writing my invoice to the room, it seemed they preferred cash.
The pictures are a trap. This is a big ressort with four hotels. Three faceless buildings plus one 'nice'. No infrastructure arround. There is nothing positive to tell, except the short distance to the party zone 'Cacao Beach'. Everything is cheap in its most negative meaning. Towels and sheets were dirty and spottet with??? one pillow was yellow from old sweat....when we claimed for it we got this answer: 'If you like to have clean and fancy cloth, than have your own with you'. Good that we stood only for a party weekend there. We will never book it again, promised!
The hotel was very modern great atmosphere very clean pool area very relaxing.
The animation team is excellent, without them the whole hotel would be worth nothing. Eternal gratitude to them for the fun, they have shown us really excellent performances. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is demanding. In the common areas - restaurant, reception - was not, or only sometimes was the air conditioner turned on; before we selected the meal, we were perspiring. There was in the elevator 31 degrees. The ****- was not found anywhere, the dishes were in the oil, the Hungarian stomach doesn’t like it. The " food choice" has always been similar. We went to another hotel in Bulgaria, which is ***, but its restaurant - so the foods are also - by comparison, with many stars were better. Hardly anything we ate at the hotel, all inclusive price paid was a waste of money. The majority of staff - thanks for the exception – were apathetic, except for a waiter boy and except especially the animation team members! They were excellent!
The staff were friendly and the food was great. The room was modern and very clean. Overall a great place to stay.
Big family room, cleaned every day, towels changed too daily. Nice swimming pools with a water slide. Good quality food but could be more varied. First night we had a very noisy room (with a view to a busy road, a lot of traffic day and night), but they change it at request with a pool view room, that was just fine. Reception staff OK, like Nick or Teodor, but Christina could try a smile.
the hotel for bulgaria was one of the best over there and the food again by bulgarian standards was good the all inclusion deal for drinks coffees pizzas ice cream ect was excellent
Quite simply the best hotel we have stayed in. The spa area is quite simply magnificent. Not in the liveliest of area's however.
The hotel is new, well furnished and located in the park area very close the the city center. SPA is very good and not expensive. There is very nice swimming pool area with a sea view. The food in the restaurants and its variety is poor.
Excelent hotel comparing to a good price! The food in the restaurant ala carte is superb! I've seen a lot of hotels in Bulgaria but this is definatly one of the best. They charge normal prices on the minibar which is also really ok!
Perfect luxury hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent with combination of friendly and good English speaking waiters. The location is perfectly quit and in walking distance (5mins) to the city center. Parking is not a problem here!
With one word; magnificent! It is as in its name "grand primoretz" I wish all the rooms would have the sea view. The rest perfect.....
extremely bad breakfast, one of the worst hotel breakfasts I ever had.
It is a clean new hotel in the central part of the city and very close to the beach.very polite and healpful staff. Everything was ok
Excellent hotel, easy to find and staff very helpful. Ate in restaurant in the evening which was lovely. A short stroll to town and also to the beach. We enjoyed Burgas from all aspects and this hotel asssisted this. Car parking - no specific area so had to find road side. This was not a major issue.
Well situated for town and beach. Near booking office and stop for coaches. Smart, comfortable and clean. Very good restaurant. Breakfast choices could be better and a larger concessionary amount given for breakfast.
Ideal central location close to railway station, spacious rooms couteous staff , easy to find with excellent views over the city from the top floors. the breakfast was poor with little choice , the hotel facilities are slightly dated but is made up by the warmness of the staff
The central location with good facilities. The office on site for onward travel was most useful. Although the hotel was not busy the staff seemed to know guests very quickly a real bonus.
Room was very clean, air-conditioning in room worked well, had a great view. Hotel itself is conveniently located, right near main pedestrianised streets with lots of cafes and shops. Train station is within walking distance. Staff were friendly enough, it helps if you use a few simple Bulgarian words like "please" and "thank you" to break the ice. Pool was not open , nor did they have any estimate when it would be open, which was very annoying as pool availability was part of the reason we chose this hotel. Air-conditioning in hotel lobby and bar was not good, but this seemed to be the norm in Burgas.
a communist-style built hotel but recently re-arranged, nice rooms, a pleasant place to stay, right in the center of the town and close to the beach
We double booked by mistake but the hotel rectified the problem very quickly and at no extra charge. The location is great, next to bus station. Facilities were comfortable and relaxing. Rooms were of decent size and lovely and warm. Not much choice for breakfast and it was a bit cold
location , clean room, one lady on reception very pleasant and helpful, on site shop very useful and girl in shop very pleasant and helpful all male staff very surly, looked bored and quite rude and unpleasant to guests they should earn from the ladies
The rooms were very clean, the lobby area was very spacious and the hotel had lots of extra facilities. I found the staff on the reception desk to be quite rude, they wouldn't answer my questions and also gave me wrong directions causing me to get lost in the city. For this reason only I wouldn't stay there again.
nothing /nic breakfest very very poor, service too // bardzo zle sniadanie i serwis jak z lat 80-tych w sieci Orbis
The waiters service and The swimingpool. The músic in The swimmingpool is running whole day. The lift doesn't work. The gym is not incluyed in price.
Nice pool and restraunt, friendly staff, especially in the restraunt and bar. shuttel bus service was great. You had to pay for the gym usage although u already paid for the hotel. The roads leading up to it are terrible and have no street lights. It was also a bit far away from the centre which requires busses and taxis.
THE POOL AND THE SERVICE OF THE BAR-RESTAURANT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM
The hotel has a huge pool that can be very useful when you do not want to go to the beach. The hotel is in a 20 minutes walking distance to Nessebar. The staff of the hotel is excellent, although their English is quite poor.
It's a member of a big hotel group. The service is good, and the food is quite various. The most excitied thing is that there is a big waterpark. The location is not good, and the beach is not that good as we thought. The hotel is a little bit out-of-date.
Very family orientated resort, nice established gardens, clean sea away from the rest of the Black Sea madness. Within 3 metres of the sea 30 years old and showing it - in bad need of renovations although cleanliness could not be faulted
The gym was good locatıon and servıce
Close vicinity to the centre of Burgas 1St . I paid more for the hotel than stated by Booking.com. Hotel said this was due to exchange rate change. Even though I paid in euros! This was a con. I was told to pay for 2 towels I used they would not clean. I refused to pay for these. Gym equipment in very poor condition.
You have a portier,Svetlio or something like thet. If yuo have more like him... Gratulations, your hotell would be perfect The stab who ignorde us even that we tryd to explaion our problem in "bodylaundwich)
It was clean and tidy, except old and dirty carpet in the room Some of the hotel staff was very rude. The girl who was on reception during the evening/night on 16th of August was very rude. She took our passports on the first day and told us she'll not return untill we'll pay. It's ridiculous and against the law. Also the internet service was included in the price but she try to charge us.It was another staff on reception on 17th of August and it was no problem
location unfriendly staff
Restaurant decoration, but very expensive. Very expensive, bad quality/price ratio. not very well located, but is small city, can go everywhere by foot.
The modern design of the hotel (especially the bathrooms) is very well thought through, the courtyard is very pleasing.
A very frendly and homely hotel the staff were very helpefull None
All staff very friendly and helpful 1. No breakfast available 2. No checkout facility before 10.00 am - much too late when there is a plane to catch
Some of the reception staff were very helpful. I suspect the bar and restaurant would have been more congenial had the place not been surrounded by roadworks. We broke a glass by accident and were charged for it on the bill. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.
I thought the reception staff were well informed and friendly, and the location was very good. The restaurant was very poor - my daughter had finished her meal before my son and I were served.
The building was very clean and the staff tried to speak English to us although it was hard for some of them to understand us. The restaurant food was superb. We enjoyed our stay here on the whole. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bottom sheet didn't fit it properly. We also had problems with mosquitos but that can't be helped.
The room was great, the restaurant was great and the location is good too, not far from the beach =)
Cheap, relatively new hotel. A bit further away from the centre than I expected, the air in the room was stale, the elevator doesn't go up to the fifth floor.
The hotel looks brand new, the staff were extremely friendly and although their English was not the best they were happy to help, free breakfast, free WiFi internet, nice room in the middle of Burgas and even a bidet in the bathroom!!! They also looked after our bags after we checked out but still wanted to walk around the city a bit before our flight. Wow, extremely pleased with this hotel, a very very good value for the money. Had to pay for room upfront (maybe they don't trust foreigners?)
