Van was big enough for our party of 8 and luggage. However, the van was clearly dated. The van had stains on the seats, the air conditioning did not work reliably, the wind shield fluid was empty. We had a great time in our trip despite the van.Omdöme skrivet 3 aug. 2023

Finding pickup location was not as easy and when we tried to call, no one ever answered. Luckily an airport employee helped us find the correct pick up location. Once we got to correct location, everything else was nice and pleasant.Omdöme skrivet 29 juli 2023

So glad we found AVR. Every other rental car company at LAX was fully sold out. We rented a Chrysler Pacifica. No wait and no line at the counter - easy to find inside the Four Points hotel. We also rented a car seat (slightly dirty but they wiped it down for us). Liked how you return the vehicle on empty. Drop off a breeze too (no line). The van rental place is out of the four points Sheraton hotel which is not disclosed ahead of time. I rented a minivan from them which they indicated they didn’t have and gave us an 8 passenger van. This was not communicated to me prior to picking up the vehicle and they didn’t provide me with any alternative options. It was way too big for what we needed for the week and limited us to what we wanted to do due to its size. I don't think this is even a real company. For you own peace of mind, go with a car rental company you have heard of. This fly-by-night operation did not have a car when I got to the airport. And, I am not really sure they even exist.Omdöme skrivet 31 jan. 2023
