The car we rented didn't exist. The car we got was dirty and in poor condition. They never said we needed proof of Ins (which we could have easily brought) until pick up, so they could force their scammy insurance on us. I will never use them again.Omdöme skrivet 22 maj 2023

Nu Car Rentals are generally an 8 am -5pm operation. You must check where to return the car after hours when you check in to avoid problems later on. My after hours check in for San Diego Airport was with a parking company named Aladdin. They provided the shuttle to the airport.Omdöme skrivet 4 maj 2023

Be aware of insurance and additional coverage they won’t let you get the car unless you buy all the insurance coverage they make you think you Must have. Even though I showed them I am covered for rental under my car insurance $119.89 charge I didn’t need.Omdöme skrivet 18 mars 2023

Clarity on the fact this rental outfit is in the lobby of the Westin Hotel would have been nice. Finding the shuttle that only stops at the departure level was tricky. No phone or text support didn’t help. The HOUR wait to get the car (not the one we reserved) was the worst part. Cheap, yes. Worth it? Not sure.Omdöme skrivet 12 mars 2023
