Economy is a terrible agency. They charge different prices once you get there to pick up the car. My car ended up costing 2x as much due to hidden fees and economy not excepting credit card car insurance. Will not be using this service againOmdöme skrivet 27 juni 2023

Took almost an hour to pick up our can. Van smelled of smoke and had scratches, dings, and rust. Van was also missing a headrest. Pre registered for expedited check in…there was no expedited check in. Turned my car in early and received a call 3 hours later asking if I wanted to extend my rental. The car rental company was not able to show me the car that I had reserved. After waiting to see the car I was told a manager was not available to show me a car and to euther Pay 2st before the type of car or the actual car could be discussed.
