Midway does not specify in its initial email that it requires two forms of picture identification. I had to manage to go back home, pick a second form of picture ID beside my driver licence, and go back to the Midway office before it would close. I belive they have been victims of fraud and car theft. Nonetheless, it was stressful on me to return on time, within 1 hour of my original reservation time.Omdöme skrivet 28 aug. 2023

Long lines due to Taylor Swift on pick up but our agent was extremely efficient and helpful. Car was medium clean but beautiful and we had zero issues with it. Drop off took two minutes, very efficient FYI: at LAX there is a different shuttle than other car rental businesses, it didn’t take any longer except that we didn’t know, so we waited with the other rental groups until I phoned Midway and heard the instructions on their phone message. I ended up walking to another rental car company and renting from them because their shuttle never picked me up from the dark shuttle lot that the airport shuttle dropped me off at. When I called their number that was listed on a sign at the shuttle lot it didn’t go through.
