All good except that the all inclusive tolls feature wasn't explained well at pick-up. Thought we would be billed for tolls, instead billed 12,99 per day for a total of $139. Complained to Budget and they credited $100 but it was not handled well at pick-up.Omdöme skrivet 19 apr. 2023

Horrible experience First I secured my reservation with my debit card And when I went to go pick up the rental they told me I COULD NOT use a debit card .. which I know is not true because I have used it before to rent cars .. so overall awful experience Would never rent from this location again Lucky my friend was able to rent the car and we still didn’t end up with what we wanted and got a pickup truck after we said we didn’t want it NO WAY will I rent from Budget againOmdöme skrivet 7 mars 2023

The person in the front desk did her best to satisfy my need. I made a reservation a couple of months in advance to ensure availability of a 15 passengers van, but only 12 persons van was available at the time of pickup. This was going to be a week with my entire family (14 persons) going back and forward in the same vehicle. 3 of my 6 grandkids require the use of car seats and, with a 12 passenger van, there was no way to make space for the entire group. Efficient Friendly It really helped that I prepaid The return of the car to a different location than pickup was great. The chap said,” Thankyou for the car. We need cars here today!” It took less than 2 minutes to ‘take the car back’Omdöme skrivet 9 nov. 2022

Where's Sanford? Don't know about Sanford, but I can tell you about Orlando. I remember a story about a family on vacation, And they stopped for gas. They all went inside to use the restroom. They all came out, got back in, and went on their merry way. After about 10 minutes, the mother noticed her 5 year old was eating a cookie. Rented a 15 passenger van, it was 3.5 hrs late from when we asked to have it available to use. It had the back seat removed so we could only fit 12 people in it with seat belts and that was not communicated. It also had a wheel bearing that I could hear was going out and caused us to stay close to where we were staying and not go to far from our home base for our vacation.Omdöme skrivet 1 maj 2022
