I liked how central the location was to food places and things to do. Did not like how poorly lit the hotel was, narrow TV channels provided, TV was small, only offered two hot breakfast items. Overall I would say this place is one step up from a Motel 6.
Shuttle and friendly desk help. LOUD freeway. Initially difficult to find the address (misleading street address).
I liked that I only stayed one night of my 4 night reservation and then moved to a real resort. I didn't like that there was not a shower curtain. I didn't like that at check in, the staff appearance was substandard. I didn't like that Miranda could have informed me that the wifi was not working at check in . Especially since I specifically asked for wifi login information. I had to call and ask for help logging in. That's when Miranda told me the wifi wasn't working. I didn't like that I may as well have been in the room with the guests above our room. We could hear everything. I didn't like that there were no towels at the pool. The cable TV service was virtually unwatchable. I didn't like that they refer to this place as a resort. I didn't like that this property even charges a resort fee! Ridiculous.
Location is blocks from Legoland and across the street from the outlets Breakfast was pretty good Staff was friendly Parking was abundant and close to the room Room fixtures and decor were older Beds were moderately comfortable Had to wait more than 30 min for a "more blankets" request
Great location to restaurants and outlet mall! Very pleased with the shuttle service to and from Legoland. Good hotel for familiesand breakfast was pleasant.
The staff was very helpful and friendly It's a dated facility and will be time for a face lift soon
I found a died roch in my room!
Everything was as stated in advertisement. Will return again. Selecting channels as referred in guide difficult.
Spacious rooms, nice gardens and pool The internet signal very weak and slow. For business traveler (as well for all travelers) its essential nowadays! Only in the reception the WIFI was more or less OK. Needs improvment!
The staff was all very helpful, and kind. The breakfast was satisfying and it was nice that they had a separate to eat in and cartoons on for the kids. The pool was warm enough to be very inviting and the hot tub was a good size, so it never felt cramped. We were amazed by how easy to find it was, and it was near shopping, grocery store, a Starbucks, gas station , In n Out Burger, and LEGOLAND!!!!! The shuttle to and from LEGOLAND made us very thankful for picking this hotel! We would love to stay there again and see more of beautiful Carlsbad! The mini fridge in our room was loud, but I think they all are. The ice machine closest to us wasn't working, but we never mentioned it to the staff. We found another one not far from our room.
Location Room quality, cleanliness, breakfast
The hotel is a short walk to legoland. The pool there is really nice.my son and I had a great time
Received a notice the night before my stay that my reservation had been cancelled.
Very friendly staff. Food is very pricey but good
love the location of the resort. The pool area is very nice and a great place to relax. Food pretty expensive
Proximity to Legoland. Child friendly atmosphere. Pool was great for kids. Housekeeping arriving after 5 pm.
very nice pool with kids pool. nice amenities. great location. hotel needs updating. very squeaky floors with old carpet.
I loved the location. Walking distance from legoland, short drive to a variety of restaurants, and the Carlsbad outlet mall. Great family pool with splash pad and a onsite park. Rooms had a microwave and mini-fridge. It was kind of pricey.
This is a BEAUTIFUL RESORT, the location is EXCELLENT and the view is AMAZING but... We were walking around in the room barefoot and after 15 min we noticed the bottom of our feet were BLACK. The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty!!! Then there was not hot water for our entire stay. I understand hot water was a mechanical issue but dirty carpet in the rooms in a lack of cleanliness.
Location to Legoland The room wasn't cleaned until the last day of our stay. There was construction going on. And, our room was dirty from the previous tenants. Not sure if the lack of attention was because we used Kayak, or if the Hotel is just that bad. I was surprised.
Very close to Legoland, 3 min walking distance, the swiming pool area is very nice... and the hotel staff is very kind
Close to Legoland. Karl Strauss on site. Pool options. Friendly staff. Still under construction in the "hotel" area. Lots of areas closed off with yellow tape, plastic covering on floors, one kids water park fountain toy was out of service.
They didn't have my reservation and asked me to send an email to confirm that I had a reservation
Loved the setting and the grounds. The room size was huge with a separate bath tub from the shower stall which was really nice. Love the out door patio and the staff was very friendly. The room smelled very musty and was freezing, probably to hide the smell. I never could get the room warm enough for my wife and I but fortunately, it was a VERY WARM weekend and we left the french doors open the whole time to get that desired warmth into the room. We were an older room of theirs so I'm not sure if this is the reason for the musty smell but it was pretty strong for our stay there. Had I been there more than one night, I definitely would have requested another room.
everything The bathroom was too small for the room
We were looking for a quiet getaway; this was not it. There were families with kids above and next to our room and we got pretty bad sleep. Slamming doors, loud TV's, running and on and on - quite late and then early in the morning. I asked for a quiet room and got nothing but noise.
Love this place... Property grounds are impeccable! Rooms are clean and updated. Always a great time!
Everything. Love love love. Looking right now to go back. :) More food options. That's all
The pool was way too overcrowded. I think they sell membership to to the pool to the community making it unusable to the hotel guests. There were so many people you could hardly move in it and the water was so cloudy I couldnt even see my feet. Will never go back to this hotel.
The room and pool area was nice. Blue fire grill was fabulous! Front desk staff was unhelpful on multiple occasions. The day spa is mediocre at best and is long overdue for renovations! Indoor facility grout is disgusting and the indoor hot tubs are falling apart!
I liked that the resort has a welcoming feel and that most all of the rooms (besides the villas) were surrounded by the amenities. 1. The prices in the Marketplace. $16 for a water noodle, when they sell them for $7 right down the street! That would be hard especially for people who are having to buy for more than one kid. 2. Our bed. It was not very comfortable
Room was spacious and clean, shower was great, location was great. I was woken up by housekeeping in the morning on the day I checked out- I would have liked to sleep in! And I don't like the hidden "resort fee".
Very kid-friendly and the proximity to Legoland was nice. The staff were generally pretty helpful. The gym had a good selection of equipment. For the price, the room that we had was sub-par. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the shower was pretty run-down. Although some of the gym equipment had televisions built in, there was limited volume despite the supplying of headphones. Couldn't really hear anything while running on the treadmill.
The grounds the facility were on were beautiful. The room was very nice and in great condition. The location is a little remote.
Privacy and cleanliness Concierge could not find our reservations a few days before arrival (we were staying nearby and just stopped by to confirm location). Evidently not under our name and she kept telling us this hotel was for residents. I later called the hotel with conf #
Everything perfect down to the smallest little detail (like little letter-sponges with our sons name)
Food was awful, I would have expected better especially considering the simplicity of my order and the cost. I ordered a cheeseburger which was burned and the worst quality. The pizza I ordered tasted like cardboard. When I was checking out I waited about 5 minutes for the front desk agent to come back, she came up from the hallway with a cup of coffee in hand and didn't even apologize for the wait.
I like the location I was promised a ocean view I got a parking l
Cape Rey was a lovely place to stay and I wouldn't mind coming back for a longer stay. Only had the chance to spend a beautiful weekend there, can't imagine how amazing it'd be in the summer. Staff was very helpful, approachable and kind.
Great staff, truly care about you...my husband was having surgery and they wanted to make sure he had everything he needed to be comtorable and have a room on the first floor and they also upgraded us to a room that was right on the lake free of charge:) amazing beds, showers, true spa like feel The only thing that bothers me is that you can't check in until 4 and you have to check out by 11
We loved the room, bed was really comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. The pool area is great. Cabanas, two pools, two jacuzzis, and two firepitts. Plenty of space. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. No one ever went out of their way to help if there was a problem.
The room was smaller than I expected. The layout of the room was also weird
I loved the room and the fact that it was right by the lake. It had a great view. The only thing I didn't like was that hardly and water came out from the shower or the sink but besides that everything else was great!
We LOVED our one-night stay at the Lakehouse! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left - everything was perfect. We booked it last minute as a fun little getaway during the holidays. We got a pretty good deal since we stayed the night before New Year's Eve (12/30). The hotel texted us to let us know our room was ready and we were able to check in around 1 PM. We had a ground floor pool view room. Every room has a balcony with bright yellow adirondack chairs and it was really nice sitting outside our room, with a cup of coffee and my book. They had quiet reggae music playing at the pool and I really enjoyed it! The room was IMMACULATE. Everything felt new and crisp and clean. I loved the color scheme and layout too. The room was really spacious and just overall lovely. It was just 2 of us for one night but I did notice that there were a TON of outlets throughout the room. Nice touch in this day and age when we all have so many electronics to charge :) The pools were both heated and almost warm enough for me to swim in (On December 30, mind you). We loved the jacuzzis though! I wish we'd been there on a Friday when they serve Sangria at the pool! (oh well, we'll just have to go back). In the evening they have fire pits around the pools that they light and it was really pretty and romantic. The grounds were really peaceful and tranquil. And even though the hotel was probably at low to moderate capacity - it feels like the type of place that even when it's full, it doesn't feel crowded. I noticed that another couple was checked into the room next to us, and there were people above them, but I never heard anyone at all when we were in our room. They serve free coffee in the morning at their little cafe and it was better than that your standard free hotel coffee. We walked by the lake, but didn't participate in any of the many lake activities. I also went for a run in the neighborhood in the morning and it's a really cute little community. We had a great time at the Lakehouse and kept saying we really wanted to bring friends back!
Tons of bugs. Couldn't use the beautiful balcony.
great value for the price. We had a great time !
The s'more kit upon check in, super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room, comfortable and well maintained. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the weather was in 60s so we would have liked to enjoy the pool and lake activities.
Super helpful and friendly staff, nice facilities, pools were awesome for relaxing during the day. The check-in time of four and check-out time of eleven is a little tight, but we requested a later check out (noon) and that made it closer to what we are used to at other hotels. They offered to let us use the pool after checking out so that was really nice of them.
The Lakehouse has a lot of potential and gets a lot of things right, but it lets the little details get in the way of really hitting the mark. Pros: - Comfortable beds - Full showers - Beautiful pools - Friendly staff - Free Wi-Fi - Free parking - Mini fridge - Activities for kids Cons: - Noise - Bugs - Outside light - No safe in room - No plugs at computer desk - Wi-Fi drops and is unreliable Most rooms are motel-style and open directly to the outside, which can be noisy and makes it much easier for bugs to end up in the room (especially with the rooms being so close to the lake). We had mosquitos and silverfish in our room two or three days in a row.
Loved the atmosphere. Calm by the lake. Family oriented! Felt like vacation! Music, bar, and s'mores by the pool! The lake and the boat rental our favorite part! Drinks at the pool bar a little pricey.
Soft and Hard Pillows, Fridge, Microwave, Kuerig Coffee Maker, Swipeless Door Access Cards Sink drained very slowly.
Loved everything about the hotel in regards to comfort, friendly staff, location, amenities, breakfast. All of the guest room doors SLAMMED. HARD. And since no one in this day and age cares about respecting other peoples' sleeping schedules, it was very loud all night. My 4 year old and I had a very hard time sleeping with all the slamming doors. Did I mention that the doors were slamming ALL NIGHT?!?!!
Room clean and well equipped. Appreciate keeping pet in room in kennel with us. Close to everything. Appreciate "extra pillows". Continental breakfast very good. Coffee outstanding! No. Very positive experience.
Large connecting rooms at a good rate - ideal for extended families. Refrigerator and mirowave in rooms. Breakfast reasonable selection of food served in an area with seating. Large car park. Supermarket and shopping complex opposite hotel. Limited choice of restaurants locally.
We like the breakfast.. not bad at all.. Yes, a bad smell inside the room ... I guest the carpet ...
Continental breakfast was good. A rollaway bed will coast you extra.
very close to the beach
The breakfasts were good. My family and I enjoyed the pancakes, cinnamon rolls and omelets. Front counter staff were friendly and efficient. They made us feel welcome. The amenities available were up to par. I normally like our stays at Holiday Inn Express Hotels, however the rooms at this location were dirty. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed and the linen appeared unkept. There was trash under the kitchenette sink and in the bathroom when we first checked in.
more than expected
PROPRETY OF THE HOTEL THE LOCATION IS NOT AFFORDABLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR
Location, breakfast, pool were all things I was looking forward to and happy with once we arrived. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I think they're sometimes overwhelmed with the crowds. It's not their fault, they do a great job, but when there are 30-40 people waiting in line at breakfast, I imagine it can be a lot. The front desk folks seemed a little less friendly than I'm used to, but again, maybe it's just the crowds for Legoland that burns them out. It's a lot of people with kids.
Nothing!!!!!! The rooms were filthy and the coffee in the coffee maker was left in for who knows how long. Gum on carpet. Nails and holes in the wall. Was afraid to sit on the toilet. The buffet breakfast was cold crap and leftover eggs and potatoes that looked like it was dug out of the dumpster. A soccer team kept us awake all night and tore signs off the doors and wiring. I felt like I was on skid row.

Location Check in staff was adequate.. unfortunately spring break was in full 'bloom' ready to go out for our 30th anniversary dinner, When a woman started screaming at the top of her lungs.. my husband was about to see what happened when the screaming stopped..
Location. Large rooms. Nice amenities. Cockroaches in bathrooms by pool area. Should provide easier access to beach towels.
Can't beat the location.
The location across the street from the beach, near Carlsbad Village, and Legoland was great. Nice size rooms. The Rec room, in-room DVD players, and DVD library are great for families. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast. Tub and shower tile a little dated. The beds and bedding were not as comfortable as other hotels.
The property overall is quite noisy from the inside guest traffic not outside street traffic. Whenever closeby guests move around, take showers or walk outside the rooms, we heard pretty much everything. It seems the property us quite old and does not have guest noise cancellation of any form. Thank you.
I felt I was being nickled and dimed everywhere at this hotel. Charges for parking and no fridge in the room. The pool was overheated. There was nothing special about this hotel.
location Had pizza from room service - came quickly but was burnt
How close it was to the beach and the little restaurant/bar downstairs. Access to the beach was not good. Even though it was right across the street from the beach and the cross walk was great, there were no stairs down to the beach. One has to walk a ways down and climb down some rocks or a steep slippery path to access the beach. Stairs would easily remedy this situation.
Rooms are nice, beds and pillows are comfortable Restaurant was overpriced and unable to accommodate large groups, service to everyone else suffered
Location, location, location!! I have stayed many times at this Hilton and we love it from proximity to the beach and Carlsbad Village. Heated pool and outdoors movie night are great too! Super nice and friendly staff. $12 fee for parking
Location. Cleanliness. Cookies. Hot tub.
`the hotel is better than others I have experienced in the chain, staff was very helpful, place is clean and nicely decorated Really nothing to complain about
~ good breakfast ~ Shuttle to Legoland ~ friendly staff
Really good complimentary breakfast - including made-to-order omelettes. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.
The staff was super friendly and kind. It smells in the hallways like old dogs. The wifi doesn't work. The pool is cold. The gym equipment is all broken except one of the treadmills.
Location, value, friendly staff Automatic lights that can't be turned off. Woke me and my kids up repeatedly. Called down to the front desk and they said they could send an engineer up, but my kids were already asleep in the living room. Other than this, great hotel.
Families with screaming kids at breakfast. Did not matter if it was 6am or 8am. Should have adult only seating area at breakfast.
Clean and comfort. I need some bottle of water in the room which I can buy directly instead of go down to buy it.
My sister recommended this hotel and we were pleased. Room was great; the bathroom is probably one of the bigger one I've seen (you can get out from the shower without almost touching the toilet). Having a functional kitchen is a plus. Continental breakfast is offered which is nice, so I don't have to make an extra stop to feed the kids in the morning. Staff we dealt with are nice and courteous. Our destination is LEGOLAND which is very close by. It is also close by stores like Costco and Target. Breakfast hour is from 7 - 9, which works for business travel but for family vacation, the hours are too early and I feel rushed to get out of bed and downstairs to grab a bite. This may just be me, but there is no dimmer light in the bedroom side - there are only two very bright one on the nightstand, and you cannot turn on the bathroom light (where the counter is) without the light shining to the beds and disturb whoever is sleeping there. Walls are definitely thin, the room above us was probably doing DDR the whole time we were there and the room next to our bedroom was listening to music all night long. =\
Loved being right on the icean and watching sunsets and hearing surf right out of our room. Appreciated continental breakfast. Lovely accomodations. Might be a little difficult for handicapped person to get around, however. The Internet service kept booting me off. My husband could not talk on his iphone (sprint) unless he went out in front of the hotel. I guess Carlsbad limits cell towers.
read books. noise from upstair in the morning.
I have stayed at the Beach Terrace Inn several times and have always been happy with the staff and service. The rooms are large and well appointed. The location is great as it is on the beach with most rooms having full, unobstructed views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. It is also only a block away from very nice restaurants and shops. No street noise, just the sound of the surf.
Directly on the ocean, nice balconey, large, modern rooms pricing of accomendations was confusing
unbeatable location the staff was not particularly friendly, breakfast was poor. They are going to renovate it...
Location and able to walk through town without having to drive all the time. No
They offered beach side rooms and the breakfast was great!!!
We liked that it was literally right on the beach. It also had a nice pool area and an outdoor shower to get sand off. The room was spacious and had a beautiful fully-tiled shower. The breakfasts were also very good and had a lot of variety (fresh fruit, hot/cold cereal, yogurt, breads, bagels, pastries, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juices). The breakfast room has a great view and outdoor spaces. The rate seems a bit steep, particularly for a family with children, since they charge extra for each person.
loved being right on the beach, wish my room had a better view. loved the town, carlsbad village, could walk to dinner. Very laid back not the usual oceanfront scene, more of a small town feel. I asked the front desk about switching the last night to a room with a better view, the hotel seems pretty empty because it was a tuesday, all they offered was a large room with 2 king beds at twice the rate of my current room. Just wanted a balcony onto the ocean.
location/on the beach room 31 was very noisey, had trouble sleeping due to noise above. I believe the room is directly underneath hotel office and with hardwood floors could hear every footstep.
I liked: Friendly, helpful staff Location on the beach Large attractive room with king bed Pool & beach facing room view Large fancy bathroom Room fridge Wine glasses and corkscrew provided Very close parking Continental breakfast buffet and ample seating Beach equipment loan I didn't like: Area traffic Steep, narrow stairways High price (well, it was right on the beach!)

Light breakfast, free beach chair & boogie board & beach towel rentals, SO close to the beach. Nice pool area and fire pits. Great for couples or families! We loved it. No
Amazing location, heated pool and hot tub. The room is nice spacious and clean.
The Hotel Employee at the front desk was great very detailed where everything was and what the resort offered ,she was great ! The Jacuzzi in the bathroomðŸ‘ðŸ‘👠One small thing I just didn't like was that there was a door connected to another room, made me feel a little uncomfortable I just didn't feel it was private enough for me . But other then that I had a good experience
It was an excellent price for what you got. Full kitchen which was awesome, and renovated interiors which were also awesome.
Clean rooms, great staff, great location. no blow dryer in the room. Had to borrow one from the front desk.
Location - it's walking distance to the beach. The tub in the room had white frothy things floating when I tried to use it. Floor in the shower also had white milky residue.

Everything exceeded our expectations except for minor issues. We couldn't ask for a better location. The room was nicely appointed and the staff tried to accommodate us. They even had a young guy that when to the grocery store for us. We had to ask twice for extra pillows and towels and to have our room made up on the second morning.
The name and the pictures! That is all I liked about this. I liked NOTHING about this hotel. The pricey for what was provided.
Location to beach & Village of Carlsbad outstanding. Best device we have ever received upon, during, and after our stay. Place felt very cozy & safe!!!! Great theme decor...felt like we were on a tropical island!
the view, quietness and no smoking facility
The hotel was clean & confortable, the front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. n/a
location right across the street from the beach and able to walk to shops, resutrants etc.; comfortable beds; rooms very clean; it was nice to have continental breakfast in the mornings and look out over the ocean the shower was awful- poor water pressure and it was either cold or scalding
I can best describe this Lodge as "home like". The amenities and ambiance are so pleasant that my wife and I decided it would be a good place to spend a week at some point in the future. We had a great stay and will definitely return. The continental breakfast is well presented and met our needs nicely. The location of the Lodge is great, across the street from the beach and near quaint shopping and restaurants.
Location and cleanliness. View from the sun deck. We had two double beds which were too narrow to share. The breakfast was a bit simple and could have been alot more comfortable with normail sized plates instead of the litte plastic plates which forced you too juggle everything. Coffee was terrrrible. Staff could have been more friendly.
My expectations were well met - a basic hotel across the street from the beach, within walking distance to town shops and restaurants.
Close to the beach, nice continental breakfast, close to good restaurants and shopping. parking in carport was very narrow hard to unload luggage and get out of car.
proximity to beach/restaurants
It was great. Walking distance to several nice restaurants; ocean and beach were across the street. n/a
Very comfortable, clean, inviting, private, and safe. That there wasn't even a bench for a smoker to sit on when they smoked on the sidewalk.
Staff that checks us in and out were just dolls. Really sweet. Very receptive to my children. Rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was great. Always replenished. Omelets cereal waffles fresh fruit potatoes toast muffins not from the supermarket. Cookies juices milk coffee hot chocolate chicjen sausage bagels lots of different spreads for the breads and waffles. Oatmeal cottage cheese. And it was a Monday! Weekdays at most hotels serve basic pastry utems cereal and toast. They save the restaurant style for weekends only. It was quiet on my 2nd floor. The small room they have filled with grocery items was convenient. They offer free newspapers a treasure box for kids to Rumsfeld through. A treat for the children. The eating area is very nice. Not a bunch of wooden tables. Nice cushioned seats. Exercise room was clean and well lit. Parking was easy to access. Pool seems small pool area as well. 4pm check in. I usually go to hotels that are 1-3pm check in. Check out is noon. So, that's not giving me s full 24hr stay. A 20hr stay.
The room, the breakfast, the staff. card key didn't work at the two back doors.
Clean room, we'll lit, quite location. The housekeepers/laundry staff were working hard, definitely making the place clean. Parking is horrible for anything larger than a compact car. Not the easiest place to park a full size chevy suv. The beds....well at least they were clean. Comfort was non existing. I've had better sleep after a pot of coffee, but what was even worse than the bed was the response I received from the staff at the front desk when I brought it up. It was almost as if a requirement to work the front desk was to have a "I'm better than you" attitude. Very dry and callous demeanor.
Jacuzzi was cloudy with a beautiful green fungus color.
Great customer service from beginning to end. We booked several rooms along with a conference room and the staff were all helpful to us. Complimentary breakfast was good and had variety. Bed was comfortable and amenities were plenty. Several fast food places right next door. Would definitely stay again.
Excellent staff, loved the bistro, beautiful room
Quiet, clean and comfortable. The highway is far enough to avoid traffic noise. Nice decor everywhere. Definitely a good business trip hotel. After exiting the 5 fwy, my gps took me east several miles. I was somewhat surprised and disappointed with how far the hotel was from all beaches. Breakfast was 'meh'.
I prepaid online, then saw an additional $4.95 charge to my credit card directly from the hotel. I still don't know what that was for
Manager seemed friendly. Cleanliness was okay. Rooms small, modestly furnished. Despite the balconies shown in pictures of this hotel, I was not able to get a balcony room. Fitness center is modest, only one weight bench. TV in fitness center was broken. No continental breakfast included! Instead you must buy breakfast at the hotel's very lousy restaurant. It took almost 30 minutes for the cook to prepare my simple eggs, the price was way too high for the area, and the food quality was low. Verdict: expensive AND shitty.
Good location, Loud group across the hall
The rooms were large and very well kept, more than enough space for a family of 4. Ample parking and amenities like the free wifi, pool, jacuzzi and fitness center were nice to have. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, and they were very helpful even in the face of my one negative experience with the property. The one huge flaw was "The Bistro" restaurant breakfast service in the lobby. Our package included breakfast at a very reasonable price, but apparently most of the people in the hotel concurred, because when I went down for breakfast, there was a line of 20+ people waiting to order, and many many more waiting for their orders. All told, there were probably over 100 people either eating, waiting to eat or waiting to order. Apparently they were short staffed because of a couple people called in sick, and according to the staffer I talked to, the kitchen isn't equipped to handle so many orders. It took almost half an hour just to place my order for my family's breakfast. The staffers there were hustling about, very apologetic about the huge delays, but many people were extremely frustrated. It took over 1.5 hours to get our order, *not* including the .5 hour ordering. This is a huge failing of either the training or infrastructure. If the staff either can't handle the order, or aren't trained to handle it, Marriott needs to improve the infrastructure, improve their training, better staff the restaurant or change the menu so that the staff can manage what is being offered.
Location, lobby Heating and A/C in room units cycled on and off louder than a locomotive.
