Spectacular hotel with luxury and adventure -
Dolphin Bay var behållningen. Hög säkerhet på hotellet var oxå ett plus. Personalen verkade stressade och trötta på turister i reception och vid hjälpdisken. De mest serviceinriktade var vakterna.

The comfort and well appointed rooms. The rainfall showers is most wonderful and one of the highlights of the hotel. The bed is comfy and rooms are very clean.
close to metro House keeping was late cleaning the room even after you left early and came late, the room was not cleaned. Had to call housekeeping to get it cleaned.
Perfect location. I was there for exhibition, to the exhibition area was possible to walk or take metro whcih was before hotel. -

Bra frukost, trevligt och rymligt familjerum, fantastiskt kök med allt! Kul med pool för barnen. + med dvd på rummet. Små trånga hissar och för få. Tyvärr nonchalant personal i incheckningen.
Bra barnvänligt hotell med en underbar pool. God frukost, trevlig personal, bra transfer till stranden, rent fint rum, bra läge. Hade önskat daglig transfer till stranden, gärna till olika stränder.

Being offered suitable accommodation at an excellent price in a City where winter prices are substantially increased during the tourist season. The rooms were generous and very comfortable. We had a seaward facing room and as such were subject to the background noise of the Metro. In the future I would request a rear or side room instead.

Fint hotel, med fina rum. Mycket för pengarna. Trevligt badrum Hotelbilderna antyder att poolanläggningen skulle vara fem ggr större än vad den verkligen är, man känner sig lite lurad på plats. Något hårda sängar. Brandlarmet gick på hotellet , men det var mycket dålig information i samband med detta från personalen. Lik väl här, så kostar frukosten för mycket, trots att den är fin. Köp frukost på stan i stället.
Utmärkt hotel med mycket bra mat. Fantastisk service av en alltid lika vänlig och uppmärksam personal. Vacker och inbjudande trädgård med pooler. Hade bokat Club Rotana och det var ett bra val, tyckte mycket om Club Loungen på 14:e vån. Hotellets läge mittemot Dubai Mall och Burj Khalifa absolut suveränt! Lätt att med taxi från hotellet nå alla andra sevärdheter och intressanta platser i Dubai. Jag och min man är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Al Murooj Rotana och ser fram emot att komma hit igen.
Club floor gav mycke mervärde för pengarna. Större rum, afternoon tea, pre dinner och egen frukost samt fri transfer till flygplatsen. Fint poolområde och trevliga prisvärda restauranger. Nära till shoppingmall. Den utlovade strandklubben hade ett extremt högt tilläggspris. Bättre åka till Jumeria Beach park eller Al Manzar park som har bra service och ligger bra till.
Personalen var fantastisk och hotellet håller hög standard i de allra flesta avseenden. Poolen känns kanske lite "inklämd" mellan husen på innergården.
Staff was very accommodating to request. The hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Central location with complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes to the Dubai Mall.

Excelent facilities / Wide variety of breakfast / strategic location / Wifi available for free / friendly staff Busy hotel but well handled. Sometimes it takes about 10 to 15 to get your car infront of lobby.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and how friendly the staff was. Also, 37th floor buffet was a great deal. Hope they don't change it down the road. Definitely a 5 stars Horel. The card system. My friends stayed in a different floor and someone always had to come and get me or I had to go get them. Elevators take sometime but nothing major.
I enjoyed the views and meeting the staff Velocity Sports Bar poorly designed and managed. Waiter gave me old menus with written notes/scribbles on it. Prime 68 a poor bargain; food only slightly above avg and I was seated away from the view. Why go there for an inside seat? Valet parking a completely under-managed - poor construction of on/off ramp to hotel. Waited 15 minutes for car to brought out. Breakfast Bar not large enough to accommodate full-hotel; off-ramped to Kitchen 6 where the food and service were below average. Bad scrambled eggs, baked beans, and latte'. Just awful.
The clubs and shisha were fantastic. The food was delicious. If your a Marriott Rewards member the club was amazing. If you don't have Marriott Rewards the wi-fi is expensive. If you do, it's free!

Mycket bra läge i nya delen av Dubai, trevligt pool område och fantastisk god rumservice mat. Sköna sängar och snygg design på de stora rummen. Ett av de få prisvärda hotellen i den delen av stan. Ingen privat strand som många av de andra hotellen i närheten (dock nära till public beach), concierge servicen va sådär.
this is a new-build hotel built in early 2015. The materials for the room are excellent with special floor tiles good quality carpet frameless glass shower doors and Granite bathroom countertops. Some interesting features are there it has electronic light switches which basically control the lighting through a scene which is very interesting and cool. The view of the creek is amazing. I used the pool which was great as well as a poolside bar where you can drink smoothies while sitting in the pool. The gym was excellent. valet parking is free if you are a guest which was very convenient.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AT RECEPTION AND BREAKFAST BUFFET.CONVEIENT LOCATION FOR EMIRATES MALL.EXTEREMLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM.OVERALL I WAS HAPPY WITH MY STAY AND I DONT MIND TO COME BACK IN THE FUTURE. CHECK OUT TIMING AT 2PM WAS GIVEN EASLY. FOR ARABIC VISITIORS I THINK MBC TV CHANNELS ARE IMPORTANT ALSO I RECOMMEND MORE STAFF FOR CHECK IN/ OUT AS THE PROCESS WAS A BIT SLOW.YET I DONT MIND COMING BACK ,OVERALL I WAS TREATED WELL AND I WAS RELAXED DURING MY STAY

The hotel club floor is clean and luxurious and staff are friendly and attentive The noise from the Octoberfest tent spoiled our stay completely. We complained to the GM on leaving but as yet no reply. Noise continued after 12.30 at night. We couldn't hear ourselves talk & we were on 11th Floor!

The staff were great. Especially the team that cleaned the rooms They would not adjust my rate to what everyone else was paying at the conference because my assistant used booking.com. It may prevent us from using it in the future
everthing was perfect. the staff was outstanding. especially the front office manger tarek help us a lot. we are travelling a lot and it was our best stay ever and we will come again.
The conference I attended, the bath room design, TV sortiment and the swiming pool. Bed lamps as in many hotels not made for reading in bed. Later check out than 12:00 would be appropriate.
The beds were comfy and plenty of towels in the bathroom No hot water in my room , the breakfast buffet was terrible we didn't bother going the next day , no hose in the bathroom next to the toilet for washing , the toilet flush broke on the last day
Great location, service, amenities. Wonderful spa facilities. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. I mean, come on... it's 2015.
The staff are very efficient, well trained and anticipate guest needs with friendly service. The room service food was excellent quality and the presentation was very good. The Hotel is situated a little far from the centre of the shopping area and rather in the middle of nowhere.

The price, value for the $. Staff are very attentive, but then you expect that at a 5* facility. The cost of internet is absurd - US$20 for half an hour or $30 for 2 hrs.

Good location and very clean. The staff is not very knowledgable about the outside attractions/locations and how to get around; which didn't bother me. But they don't even know what other facilities they have inside the same hotel building. For example, they serve breakfast in a restaurant on first floor. I missed the breakfast one day and a member of the facility told me there is another restaurant in the same building and she told me the approximate location - she asked me to ask other facility members as I walk toward that location so they can help me find it. I tried asking many and spent about 15 minutes looking for that restaurant. I got many answers like "there is no such restaurant here", "the restaurant is out side the building, but in the same compound". Unfortunately nobody was able to guide me to the other restaurant. Finally I walked to the first person who informed me about the other restaurant and she took me there. So I believe it is important that they train their employees on what other facilities they have in the same hotel / building and may be equip them with floor map of the building. Good place and very clean. The location is very convenient and close to the airport.
Complementary Snacks in the afternoon and complementary soft drinks in the mini bar. The modern design and functionality with the buttons. Friendly and helpful staff in general. Shower wasn't working properly and no signs to show which side to turn the knobs . It took a long time to figure out which side was hot because the cold side would begin hot . Then, it kept switching in the same minute from hot , to very hot , to cold , to very cold. I hope it gets fixed. Breakfast buffet and Lunch buffets were not as rich as I expected , salads and starters were poor in both. Too much focus was on Asian/ Indian food as opposed to Arabic food and basic starters in both breakfast and lunch . Lunch buffet in the first restaurant walking distance from the hotel was less than half the price at the hotel with much much better and richer choices. One of the employees in charge of service counters of one of the seminars/courses on the Mezzanine flour was rude yesterday. I went by mistake to their service counters and she asked me to go to the other service counter for refreshments for the course I was taking so I said okay, I'll take a plate from here and go to there and she said no ma'am, I said you have a problem with the plate too ? She said yes and in a very rude way.
