Good location and friendly staff So so room and breakfast
Location. The staff were very nice and accommodating and let us leave our bags there before check in while we explored Dublin. It was old and poorly kept.
Location okay, staff were helpful Rooms and general decor needs improving, breakfast a little basic
Centrally located, and extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. No hot water in the shower!
The B&B was clean, our room overlooked a pretty garden area. The host was very helpful and considerate of our needs. Very minor detail..TV is tiny.
location was about the only thing overpriced and internet did not work hardly at all because we were on the third floor
Very Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere
Good location , easy access to city centar as well as airport. Very friendly and helpfull host. Pretty room, nice and good bed.
cleanliness, hotel staff, nice breakfast
The warm welcome, helpful, good food very clean
The ABC Guesthouse provided a home-like environment while away from home. I stayed with my 2 parents and enjoyed the full breakfast and the convenience to the city. The bus stops are directly outside the B&B and is a short ride to either the airport or the city centre.
Very welcoming owners and staff. Very helpful, an easy trip to the city on bus from just outside as well as for the airport, a very easy location with a good choice of hotels and cafes across the road. A delightful stay for a solo traveller. I will stay again. This is feedback and not a complaint. I would have liked a small chair in my room and a soap holder in shower or liquid soap. My room was lovely I really enjoyed my stay.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Very good location and city centre was a few minutes away by bus! Very good valuev for money. Will definetly go again!!!
Perfect location, good price. The pics' on the internet are not so reliable, you know what I am saying.
Location and price. I had to wait quite long to get access to internet - very often some people were just playing games online.
Location Base from club next door
Very comfortable bed, good wifi, nice view on Liffey quay, near city center but quiet. maybe not to close the kitchen so early
Staff is friendly and the location is among the best to reach center areas of Dublin, also very easy to reach public transport as city bus and airport coach. Shared room is small and no elevator.
Only its location. Dirty and small room, no space for luggages, freezing cold, many noises from other rooms. No value for EUR79. We stayed here for one night and moved to a better hotel next day.
The staff were amazing and really put me first. They are always cleaning in this place. You can lock up your belongings in your dorm room under your bed. The free WIFI all over the premises was awesome.
Location is very good. Especially if u arrive to Dublin Bus station. Very informal staff. Don't wait too much from this accomodation as u r not paying much as well ;) Staff didn't seem to be too professional- my checking in/out was a bit chaotic and seemed they lack knowledge what and how should be done. My credit card wasn't accepted although I had been using it in other places in Ireland. I arrived quite late and people
Price 26euros, breakfast at room (minimal 2 sices toast, egg, jam butter,coffee/tea.apple) staff friendly and helpful, bed comfortable, room warm, Note. Disabled person, no lift, room on 4th foor,(where I was asigned) sink in room, but no plug, towel or soap.No tv in my room. Could not find shower/bathroom on this floor
Central location, clean, good welcome, not expensive there was a bed above my head - also I was alone and no chair or good lightening but they did bring in a chair when I asked and towels when I asked it was clean quiet and well situated too and when asked I could use the computer Internet
very central, staff were very friendly and helpful. great value for money.
Great location, clean room, excellent value for money, good breakfast. The staff I interacted with were nice, but not particularly helpful (see below). The shower went from being freezing to scalding, so was not great. Also, I was there for the Dublin Marathon, and the hotel staff incorrectly told me that the clocks changed that weekend. Had I listened to them (I didn't), I would have missed the start of my race!!! They had also agreed to open the kitchen so I could get hot water for oatmeal, but because they were an hour off, didn't get my hot water. (Thankfully I had a back-up plan.)
It is a reasonable but comfortable B&B in the city centre of Dublin. Staffs are very kind and friendly. The single room is like a student accommodation but clean and warm. The breakfast in the bed was nice but I had only once because I had to go early in the morning. There was no plug in the sink and hot water was not distributed. The wall of the room was so thin that slammings and quarrels of the same floor were heard.
Breakfast was lovely Staff very friendly Booked a double room what i got was a room in which their was a double bead and no space Room very small should only have been a single room
The location. The room was small, but tidy and clean. The B&B was clearly old and could have done with a touch-up. The manager was mostly upstairs in her own room. The place was noisy with people walking in and out and talking in loud voices. We were in the basement room and the sound of people walking around and talking, even in normal voices, was deafening. When we complained because we were upset, we were shown the door. It was a traumatic, painful and humiliating experience. Thankfully the other guesthouse where we went after was lower priced and much better quality.
Location The B&B is very worn and dirty. In the triple room, the plaster is falling and the windows leak. In the bathroom, the shower head is broken and the paint is peeling. Many other local guesthouses and B&Bs offer better for the price, however it was an unusually busy weekend and all were booked.
Staff were very friendly and helpful It was very cold at night!
close to Aviva stadium 10 mins max walking distance
The accomodation is close to the city centre on foot as well. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very small and the walls were corrected but not painted after.
Location near to University college Dublin Not the clealiness of the carpets or the seats in the room, Old bed sheets and quilt covers, not sure of their washing status or the colour of the clothes. Did not accept the credit or debit card, only euro full cash on arrival as compared to other hotels you pay on exit
friendly, helpful people, computer access phone did not work
just fine - nice facilitys and nice staff nothing to comend
The room was very unclean and we were unsure if the sheets had been washed, the bathroom, floors and drawers did not appear to have been cleaned in some time
It was right on the City Center bus routes with a nearby stop. Also, was walking distance to the RDS, where we went for a concert. The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful. They didn't even seem to mind the door bell ringing at 11:30pm with our take away order. The only thing we encountered was there was mildew on the walls in the en suite bathroom (high up on the walls & ceiling out of reach), but other than that, all was nice and clean.
