Only one car available, which wasn't what I was looking for. Went to leave and the tire pressure light was on. After an hour and a half I was finally out the door. My plans were all in place and required detail and...as I was walking out the door to pick up my car(10 minutes away)...I was called and told that no cars of any kind were available at the off-airport location! The key fob battery didn’t work. It was hard to lock and unlock doors and once I couldn’t start the car. I was afraid to go to a store because I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to unlock the car if I locked it. There were no key holes in the doors. They wouldn’t bring me a replacement battery. The Hertz staff was pretty disorganized. Pick-up took 45 minutes or more. I was not asked if I wanted to pre-purchase gas but was charged for it, even though I filled the tank before returning.
