The staff of the hotel and at Erva is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent!

Sadly, the Executive Lounge was closed as well as several restaurants. It would've been better to know this beforehand (via the website). During crowded moments at Erva, there can be some waiting time and confusion on the orders, which could be avoided with a bit more organisation.

Bed was great! The room was super comfortable. The housekeeping team was top notch!

No complaint about the stay but the restaurant, Erva was disappointing. The service was slow for no reason. The restaurant was not full and they had adequate number of wait staff. We booked a table for dinner for 8:30 pm and didn't get the table until 8:50 pm. It took forever to get what we order, portion was small and quality was quite average. If you plan to spend 100 Euro for dinner, better eat somewhere else.

Lovely hotel for a girls...

I loved everything about this hotel. The decor was beautiful, staff was friendly, the room was super cozy, comfortable and chic. Since it was my anniversary, the hotel gave us a lovely treat that made this occasion even more special! The pool and the restaurant Erva were also super lovely.

I was sad that the other pool and jacuzzi weren't available, but I understand it was due to the pandemic.

Please do something about the doors! Every room's door close itself slamming terribly! Really annoying if you are trying to rest in your room.

Amazing, comfortable and relaxing

We visited the hotel with my wife for my 29th birthday and as I'm vegan we had asked in advance if there's some vegan options for breakfast. During our first breakfast the staff was friendly and attentive to my request, they provided plant milks, made my porridge with plant milk, had fruit, nuts, seeds, baked beans, mushrooms and more options which were satisfactory. The surprise was on the night of my birthday they had sent as a surprise a vegan cake (for which they had to wait for their chef who knew how to make vegan cakes to arrive and make it) and some champagne which showed that they truly care for their guests. Highly recommended and the value for money is great as well!

Considering COVID-19 the staff did a great job with the breakfast although the price was way to high considering the quality. For half the hotels price one could get amazing brunches around the city.

First time staying in this hotel and I have to say it’s was perfect from start to finish. It’s a five-star hotel and you do get a 5 star experience all round: excellent customer service, luxurious amenities, and great balance between traditional and modern design. This hotel was way beyond my expectations and so was the staff always joyful and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone going to Lisbon for a break.

Outside "Soul Garden" (ground floor) is a beautiful place for breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks. Quality of both food and service is outstanding. Definitlybook one of the exceptional Spa treatments. The staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Perfect place to relax.

Location is good if you don't want to leave the hotel and want to be close to the airport, otherwise there is not so much to go around in the area.

Some of the best service I ever had on a trip, and I travel often. Very accommodating and clean place.

The staff were excellent in making our 10 yr anniversary special. From front of service right down to wait staff, everyone ensured that our needs were met and made our time away that more special. We've already discussed our next visit and can't wait to experience more if this hotel.

Gorgeous breakfast, beautiful rooms and lobby. It always smelt wonderful.

The pool requires you to wear swimming hats which we were not made aware of until at the pool in our costumes. We were told we had to purchase them at reception. We feel perhaps we should have been offered and informed of them upon check though also feel for the cost of the hotel and it being there rule that they should be provided at the pool and free of charge. It did put us off using the pool.

It was an anniversary, on Valentine's Day, and we informed the hotel in advance. They offered an Anniversary Package, which I accepted, and the room was prepared in a very romantic way, including fresh rose petals. At dinner we felt as if we were treated, as if royalty, to a feast of over a dozen courses of culinary delights accompanied by a selection of excellent wines and complimenting beverages.

We should have stayed two nights, so that we may have enjoyed the spa which unfortunately was fully booked on Valentine's Day. A relaxing massage was all that was missing, but it is on our wish list for next time.

I didn’t like how the brunette’s attitude at the repetition, rude for no reason and didn’t smile once.

I’ve been positively surprised by the excellent service and staff. Everything exceeded my expectations, one of my best hotel stays ever.

The location was really good, the building had a beautiful interior and the room was really cozy and spacy.

The shower was good and didn’t leak, but the water pressure was slightly too powerless and didn’t leave a perfectly clean feeling afterwards.

Lunch - somewhat limited but creative & very well done. Breakfast - excellent , broad selection well presented & all very fresh. Outdoor & common areas were spacious, peaceful & surprisingly intimate.

Only jack-hammering due to renovation work. Understandable & hotel gave us an upgrade on check-in which was a terrific way to assuage any negatives we may have thought - before we were even aware of noise.

Great Atmosphere

Everything was top notch. We had the Junior Suite, and everything was just perfect. Two room services a day, exceptionally big room and very very friendly staff. The view was phenomenal because the windows are so big and you can see the whole city if you are in the upper floors.

This is a good modern and confortable hotel with a beautiful lobby. The interior design feels premium. Amazing breakfast with great live piano music. Lifts system very practical, don't need to wait almost never for your turn! Well equipped and big gym (spa was partially under renovation). Very friendly staff. Good amenities.

Interior pool too cold to be used in this month, should be warmed (like with solar panels)! (a renovation would also be nice) Very confusing room lights system. It is not in the nicest center of Lisbon however in good area and I didnt find it to be a problem since how cheap and easy is to get around by taxi / uber or subway.

Clean,modern and well presented. Situated right next to Sete Rios station so easy to travel around the city from there. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety. Pool and gym facilities very high standard. Staff are excellent, very attentive and always happy to help. The restaurant Erva is a nice place to unwind with a cocktail or beer, in a relaxed and well presented area. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to stay in Lisbon.

Hotel had a train and busstation really closeby this made it a perfect citytrip location Taxi's parked in front of the hotel to get you to the airport in 15/20 minutes max. Spa/Wellness and professional employeds added to the comfort of the hotel. We were surprised with champagne+dessert treat in our room

We got an early check-in at 8 am, which was nice. The rooms are well equipped. Amenities were good also free Nespresso in the room. You can listen to your own music via mini speaker in the bathroom. The machines of Technogym in the gym were brand new.

Unfortunately you needed a swim cap for the pool.

We travel a lot, visit at least 15 hotels a year ! This was definitely one of the Hotels that made a difference for us! Amazingly friendly staff! Always cheerful & helpful! Everything is done with a certain class! Loved that ! Our View was amazing, location as well! To be honest we loved our hotel more than anything in Lisbon!

The room could have been more spacious in a 5* hotel. We stayed at a deluxe room, but it was just an ordinary middle space room according to our standards, though it was clean and comfortable.

Usually I don’t carry my card, so got problem as I Couldn’t pay by Apple pay. I had to pay by cash and live a deposit. That’s really inconvenient as you have to wait while they check everything on check out to get your deposit back. Prices for spa and other facilities overpriced.

Lovely breakfast spread, very helpful staff. Fantastic location. Beautiful, well appointed and well maintained facilities which did not need us calling for assistance everytime. Requested for a room facing the aqueduct and the front desk was happy to provide that. Will stay here again soon!

2 of the charging points didnt work but the maintenance were happy to offer assistance and sorted it out pretty quickly.

Almost everything else was worth it. The customer service, breakfast, bedroom. The hotel was very well lit and decorated for Christmas under the theme "greatest show ever" with full carousel on display and shows enacted. Breakfast was superb, with a full spread of meats, live chef cooking omelettes, breads, fruits, teas, coffees. Its worth adding on breakfast with room. Restaurant on site provided delicious meals, with live cooking. Bedroom was very big with two beds for my accommodation, bathroom was big as well with walk in shower. Bathrobes and bedroom slippers provided. A plus for me. Bathrobes also needed for spa. Mini bar and tea facilities in the room. Staff were very professional and accommodating especially spa staff, who was able to provide full body scrubs although not previously booked with Swedish massages. This hotel has one of the biggest spa facilities, with cold baths, jacuzzi style pools, showers, ice bath as well.

Spa was very costly. Daily valet Parking is also quite expensive. No self service laundry close by, only paid laundry by hotel. Air was quite warm in the room and would not cool. Made sleeping very difficult. Not enough bathroom amenities for two or more persons.

Facilities in the hotel was quite new, and the room was very clean. Every staff at the hotel was very helpful and nice. But the best thing about this hotel is amazing breakfast. I highly recommend everyone to include breakfast on their stays in this hotel.

The atmosphere, the excellent services and professionally inclined staff that always give the details for all the information that we wanted to know.

Staff at reception, breakfast, bar, pool were friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was incredible and looked amazing with fresh flower arrangements. The lifts were quick and nobody had to spend ages waiting on one. That was nice. The room was large, clean and the bathroom spacious and looked really well with marble and good lighting. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Nespresso machine and pods, Espa toiletries were nice touches. The pool was lovely, a good size and the water warm. The breakfast was excellent and everything you would expect from a quality 5 star hotel. Great hotel.

US Navy Sailor in for Port Visit

The hotel was excellent. Having never been in the country before my group relied heavily on the advice of the staff for recommendations on places to go. The door man outside was the most helpful of all, he gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and nightclubs to visit. However the onsite facilities were great as well. There is a very nice lounge area on the bottom floor and because of this my group did not see a need to pay for the exclusive lounge on the top floor.

There really was nothing to not like about this hotel. The price was a little on the high side but I have spent up to $500 a night in other hotels that were not nearly as nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they check on you in your room several times throughout the morning to late afternoon. If you want to keep your visits from the staff to a minimum use the do not disturb sign. There visits are out of good intentions though, like refreshing the mini bar, fresh towels every morning, free bottled water, cleaning etc.

Quiet room and a/c, room was attractive and large enough, shower and beds were excellent. Pool and spa were luxurious.

Musak in the pool and spa area -- what were they thinking? Does anyone need to listen to elevator music while they swim? Location of the hotel is a bit out of the way but metro station is conveniently close.

Driver to and from the airport, Diego, was one of the friendliest and helpful and knowledgeable people I met on my 2 week European vacation. The hotel was beautiful and staff from front desk to doorman to room service and spa were outstanding.

I forgot my swimsuit and couldn't use the spa relaxing pool area!
