I went to the counter but didn't finish the booking since the agent required that I produce all of my insurance papers not just my insurance card...which I had. This is the typical proof of insurance. They had some questionable reason for this requirement but it was obvious that it was just a ploy to force me to purchase their expensive insurance. Minus:Booked a rental and showed up to pick up the car and there was no one at the counter. There was only a sign saying No cars available. Very unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress at the start of a trip.Omdöme skrivet 26 juli 2020

Plus:Nothing. They were not present - only a sign saying they were out of cars.Minus:No one was present even though we had a car reserved. There was only a hand-written sign saying they were out of cars. We were stuck without a car and no transportation. It was a nightmare. We could not get in touch with Payless by phone and we were put on a callback list with Kayak because their hold times were over an hour. Plus:Nothing, reserved car week earlier, got to the rental location and it was CLOSED! Sign read " No cars available"!!! WTF????? I will NEVER rent a car from them or their sister company Avis again.
