Lived up to Holiday Inn standards
Plus: Lots of soft pillows We were very tired, first day on the road home to Ontario and it didn't take long to fall asleep.
Minus: Location, Of course it was Friday at 5 PM and the roads were busy. The hotel was in Spartansburg not Columbia as advertised. We would have never found it if we didn't have a GPS.

Plus: I asked the desk clerk where the drink machine was when I checked out, and he gave a me a Coke that was left over from an event. I really appreciated that gesture!
Minus: I thought it was a little pricey for a basic type facility.
