Love the view of the pines and being able to take a short hike right near the hotel. The staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms are large and give you plenty of space to relax. My bed wasn't as comfortable as it could be. Maybe needed a new mattress. The decor is getting a little dated. They were prepping for repairs, so there were tarps in some of the areas, but the staff alerted me to this. It wasn't noisy while I was there (due to repair work), but would have been a good time to offer reduced room rates. The dining area was also being renovated--which I was unaware of when I booked. The new dining room will be beautiful.
We loved the clean large room and view of the trees. The room was quiet which made for a good night's sleep. Easy access to freeway, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Extremely clean. Huge grounds with hiking trails on the property. Kids playground. Large pool and spa. Great Resturant. Cocktail lounge. 250 rooms. Manicured grounds, grass looked like a putting green! Lots, again lots of trees. Great staff. It's a little dated. Pricy.
Fast Internet A little outdated, but they are remodeling.
Room was spacious and clean. Many amenities, onsite restaurant was nice. Attached gas station. Close to many things like NAU, downtown and other places. None
Great for the family, spacious and clean.
The staff were very good, helpful & professional. The rooms are quiet, large, and very clean. Very nice pool, there's a nature trail out back (walking or running) , good restaurant. Nothing to complain about here.
Loved my view into the woods; it was quiet & the room was larger than normal and comfortable. Staff is nice. We have stayed over the years and enjoy the hotel & less busy location. I wish I could have used the jacuzzi but it was always full of people. I know the hotel can't control but maybe extend the hours a little when you are so full? I don't get the sense much recycling, or green efforts are being made? I like to see the message about towel re-use & hope my sheets were not washed since that would be wasteful. I really appreciate & choose hotels, when I can, that are GREEN. check out the soap progarm, it makes sense. https://cleantheworld.org/
This is only the second time we've been to Flagstaff, AZ, but we stumbled across this place last year & knew we had to go back. This is a very charming hotel with an old school feel. The rooms are large, suite type rooms & the bathrooms are absolutely wonderful. The beds are very, very comfortable. The surroundings (hiking trail and all) are great! If you've got energy to burn, the trail behind the hotel is wonderful. There is construction going on right now, but it's not really a big deal as it only really affects the front lobby.
Nature trail on site Furnishings were good, style was a little "period"
Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice hotel.
The rooms at this property have not been updated in years. Should have stayed at a Hampton Inn for less money and a free breakfast.
Nice rate $50 lower than competitors. The WiFi was almost non existent. If you are planning on doing business, find somewhere else. Breakfast not so great.
Location and free breakfast. This place has the most uncomfortable beds I have ever tried to sleep on in my life. Plus the rooms are surprisingly small for what you pay per night. Not worth it.
Everything No meat at breakfast
Location of hotel was excellent and value couldn't be beaten. Nice, comfortable, and quiet stay. Nothing
The bed was very uncomfortable, I am sure the mattress is pretty old and pillows should also be replace. Thank You
Continental breakfast had a variety of choices, location was ideal and close distance to variety of stores / restaurants.
This hotel is currently practicing consumer fraud, basically...website advertises "free breakfast", and next morning guests find out that they are "under renovation" and no breakfast available, and no local restaurant voucher provided to compensate..."BUYER BEWARE"...not as advertised or contracted for...had we known that "breakfast" was a lie, would have stayed elsewhere (as we will do next time in Flagstaff)...enough said
I thought the hotel was great. Centrally located and clean. The continental breakfast was good too! My son leved the waffles!!!
The property is new...or new enough that makes no difference. The rooms are aesthetically appealing and clean. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Traveling frequently, the bed rates among the worst I've ever experienced. I attribute my absolute inability to sleep to the quality of the mattress. The staff did not show any courtesy or interest at any point during our stay. During check-in, the associate had a laundry list of policies and rules that he rattled off in a monotone voice at lightning speed as if he were giving the terms and conditions at the end of a radio advertisement. He stopped halfway through when a maintenance employee interrupted him. The desk associate then proceeded to have a separate conversation with the maintenance person for several minutes, before continuing his speech without apology or inflection, as if nothing had distracted him in the first place.
The service was good and the room was comfortable. The wifi and the tv did not work. Traveling with small children, this was not acceptable.
Very beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms in room were wonderful. Casino is too smokey wish there was a non smoking section and the public restrooms were extremely dirty
Clean Quiet location
Very few have Pai Gow a card game we love, friendly dealers and not smokey. Wonderful rooms for those who just want to relax. Our tv reception was on and off.
The hotel is still new and clean after being opened for over two years. Rooms are large and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff, view, and comfort.
Love the accommodations. the room and bathroom facilities are beyond comfortable.. Have stayed at the casino several times. rooms are gorgeous. but, this time there was a pulsating "noise" that kept us from sleeping. probably the location of the room
Location was a bit off.
The valet that greeted us was stellar, positive and patient. Discarded at Lobby Desk! I was amazed! The valet was the best supportive person to assist us. He welcomed us and took all or bags right on to a cart. I walked to the lobby to check it. They said you do not exist in our data base. Good bye. I was like excuse me? Anyway after this they pointed down the hall and told me to look up my reservation on my own. My cell phone had died in the long drive, so I walked down the hall expecting a bank of computers for guest? No I was sent to a gaming room and told to pay 5 dollars to use the computer!!!!! I then looked up my reservation number and proceeded back to the lobby. (THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME) The same clerk took my reservation number and walked away. No explanation, No apology, No Service. I then asked for a manager. After 15 minutes they returned and said your booking date is incorrect, we cannot provide you with this rate tonight, 220 buck is all we have. I was blown away. The manager and the clerk were unfriendly, no supportive and obviously did not want to deal with us or any customers. They obviously do not desire kayak.com customers and they did not desire my business. We as a family will never return to Twin Arrows Casino. The advertising also stated non-smoking this is not the case, the only casino area they had was all electronic slots and all smoking and very dirty.
I like the fact that there was a handful of food merchants on the grounds. The smoke that I inhaled each time I walked into the Lobby. As a non-smoker I do not want to breathe in the stench/toxins unless I choose to go into the Casino.
Room was clean and well kept. Quiet.
Rooms have always been very comfortable; layout of casino floor is excellent, plenty of space to move around in, and plenty of machines available to play!
The rooms were very clean and had all the basic amenities. The check-in was smooth and the staff were nice. Had some options to order food for delivery and the lady at the check-in desk gave us some nice options for restaurants. The pool and the hot-tub along with a nice breakfast in the morning were definitely a plus! I would stay again if I visit Flagstaff.
Rooms were just updated, staff was professional. Bedding was very comfortable and HDTV's in all three living areas. Breakfast included. Decor is very plain, basic. Bathroom was small with very low ceilings. Bathroom light not flush mounted, easily hit while drying. Hot water only luke warm in shower. Vanity area outside bathroom, part of bedroom area.
Great location across from golf course. Very minimal train noise. Check in was a breeze. Staff was helpful. Check in is at 4PM. Staff was willing to check us in earlier when a clean room became available. Breakfast was average. Beds comfy with extra in room sheets & pillow. Big size studio room w/full kitchen a plus. Moderately thin walls-could hear college party next door well into the night. Air filter could've been changed sooner and/or checked more often. Twin sized pullout bed was not comfortable at all. Minor issues but will definitely be back.
Was very surprised by the room and how comfortable the bed was for the price! Was driving cross country and after a long day that bed was just what I needed.
Everything was wonderful! The room was devine, all staff was kind and wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the grounds were gorgeous!
Great value for the money. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again. Property is under construction which limits access to some of the amenities.
Nice modern design Our 14 yr old son didn't get a good night sleep on the pull out bed.
We love that we felt like we had our own little apartment. We were pleasantly Surprised to find a very contemporary suite with every ammenity you could want.
Flagstaff is a great town.. Hotel is right near everything. Big Rooms with Flat Screen TVs and great indoor Hot Tub. Excellent value for the price, I very much enjoyed my stay. Staff forgot to clean out the bathroom before we got there but I called down to the front desk and they got it resolved quickly
Cheap room & located close to the freeway. Facilities were very run down. I would not take my family there.
It is not worth the money! The bed was so uncomfortable. Noisy neighbors we couldn't wait to leave!
Clean room and friendly staff. Heater wouldn't turn off, building run down, any caution signs, large mattresses in hall next to our door, pretty run down.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast came in handy, and the kids loved the waffles. The hotel is pet friendly and allowed all sizes of pets. There was a dog that kept us up with it's barking. And another dog that jumped on my daughter when we entered the elevator.
Free breakfast and dinner Free wifi
Room size and comfort Barking dogs.
Good location. Close to down town and easy to access from Interstate Terrible price for the room (jacked up prices for holiday weekend, go figure), very run down. Not impressed at all. Room smelled like cigarettes, not enough parking, we had to park on the complete opposite side of the hotel. Not to mention the train (literally right behind the hotel) that ran all night long, so needless to say it was a very sleepless weekend.
The hotel room lacked many of the bells and whistles that I don't use, but would otherwise have to pay for. Maybe at 6 A.M. the continental breakfast would have been worth eating, but at 8 A.M. it wasn't, and I didn'T.
Easy access to Flagstaff and the price. Near the train tracks and they run all night. Thin walls so neighbor noise. Dingy room but surfaces were clean. Not easy to locate room and no directions from staff but "it's in the back".
Dirty Room and breakfast
The staff were helpful and kind. The room was big and the bed was confortable. It is not as close as they say from the Gran Canyon, it takes nearly 1.5 hours to drive there.
Good breakfast We had to ask for another room because the first one smelled like cigarette smoke.
Not a lot. There was a large swimming pool on site which I did not get to use but which looked very inviting. Outside my hotel room there was a pile of ash and cigarette ends which made the whole place feel very dirty.
Clean hotel, rooms are OK...good value for the money
Stiff greeting and no real directions. Room had heavy smoke smell. Front desk said they would send someone to spray but I declined and asked for different room. I was accommodated. The next room had a drawer on the bedside table that wouldn't close and clearly got in the way of getting into bed. The front send a nice man to put tape on which was acceptable to me. i don't think I'd stay here again.
waffles at breakfast !! our keys were not working anymore at 10.30 am, when we did not check out yet !
The Manager straightened out a mistake of mine on the reservation. Thanks Kristen!
It was cozy, clean, and located centrally to outdoor fun. NAU campus is conveniently down the street. Frisbee Disc Golf course is just around the corner. Sakura is located in the hotel.
The entrence was very cozy and the bar was great. The room was nice, the bed was very comfy. The only thing it the A/C was pretty bad and dust was all around the vent area.
The cookies at check in. And breakfast. The parking lot was very icy. It really needed some salt. Also parking was limited. And they did not have any rooms with a view.
The staff was outgoing and went out of their way to be helpful. Twice I went looking to get some milk to have with my cookies and on both occasions they got me that milk without any request of payment. A small but meaningful gesture. Some overly noisy children that's poor parenting not poor hotel staff.
Clean, updated rooms, nice gym and fitness area. Half of the parking lot was blocked off for a private venue and guest were forced to park off site both Friday and Saturday. The staff didn't mention this until after checkin. Also both nights that we stayed there was very loud music over powering the volume of my tv in our room. I called twice each night and complained about it but the music was loud until almost midnight both nights. Double Tree did end up giving us a free nights stay but only after dealing with it for 2 nights.
Grounds and hotel are very well maintained. Personnel are friendly and courteous. Shower drain was slow
Location The room felt dated. Frayed carpet, etc/
Front desk Lauren terrific. Bar over priced. $20 for two drinks with tip.
clean rooms, good location close to downtown - walking distance poor breakfast
We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean and spacious. The location is nice with restaurants on walking distance from the hotel. Excellent value for money. The breakfast was poor, but that is not unusual in the USA. The swimming pool is in the middle of the parking lot, which is rather weird.
Location was close to NAU. The room was not clean at all and everything in the room was old and the room smelled.
good central location in town, good value, clean, nice staff breakfast
location, pool breakfast room too small
Comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean. Amennities
Our room was as expected, clean, neat with a lovely view of the San Fracisco Peaks. We love Courtyard and have stayed in other locations for up to 3 months. It snowed overnight so we asked for the lobby fireplace to be turned on while waiting for friends. We were told they only put it on at night (It's wasn't on the previous night so maybe it's broken?) The lobby was in need of a thorough cleaning during the 24 hrs we were on site. There was thick dust on coffee tables' iron crevices. There was a big pile of crushed croutons crumbs in carpets within 20 ft of front desk that were there in the morning.
Location. The staff. The original room I was given had the door propped open, the top door of the bureau was on the floor, and a dirty hand towel on the bathroom countertop. The desk clerk gave me another room but never really apologized. At check out the next morning, the desk clerk acted annoyed that I was even there. He barely even made eye contact with me. I guess he decided that Marriott already has my travel dollars, now move on and don't bother me. Pathetic customer service.
- pool was in renovation. I went there with my kids and the pool was the only reason I booked this hotel. - we were sent to a diff hotel. the pool there was very small and there was no air flow in the room (it was an inside pool). I had to go in the water. We left after 15 min with skin and eye irritation from too much chlorine in the water and in the air.
Nice clean and affordable . Free shuttle to downtown. Not walkable to downtown -
Staff where friendly, room was very clean, excellent view of Flagstaff, perfect location, and comfortable beds.
The room was very nice and clean. Their pool and hot tub were closed. It really makes me angry when hotels don't put that right up front on booking sites and/or make sure the hotel desk people tell you first thing. The hotel desk person did NOT tell us the pool & hot tub were closed until AFTER we were all checked in and gave our credit card info. We are from Alaska, so an outdoor pool is a real treat for us. My husband was having back problems and really needed the hot tub soak that night. We would not have stayed there if we knew they were closed. I should be common curtesy to let people know that up front!
Comfortable size of room. Stocked well. Staff friendly. Lobby and parking lot clean and well kept Bathroom had hair. Bed sheets had dirt under top cover, found a penny under sheets at check in. Spill stains along wall inside entry to room No sheets for pull out bed. Room had strong chemical smell even with window open while stay (33 degrees outside).
I have stayed at Sleep Inn before and have had a great experience every time. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the hot breakfast is delicious and very convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
Room decor was quite nice and modern stylish, looked recently remodeled and upscale. Odd round spaceship-style shower was pretty great with good pressure. Staff went out of their way to be very friendly at the desk on check in and out. Internet worked well and surprisingly fast. Fridge and microwave were nice touches. Very convenient to restaurants and Walmart across the street. Room was quite small with little room to unpack (or even set down) bags. Heater didn't put out much heat on high but we were just barely warm enough in the end. Would have been nice to be able to control it though. We even asked the front desk to look at it but nothing was done to fix it. HBO didn't work at all. The free Breakfast eggs (besides being powdered junk) were burnt brown and bacon was inedible. The breakfast was about on par for a cheap free breakfast but barely passable given its overcooked condition. I've had much better continental breakfasts. No elevator at all made lugging our stuff upstairs pretty tedious and tiring, couldn't use a luggage cart. I would stay again but would look at other options first.
Clean, well maintained, nice decor, polite staff, minimal frills, great for cross country stopover. Unusual indoor heated pool. Nice breakfast. Microwave, fridge and flat panel TV are nice touches. We liked it so much, we stayed there on the return trip. Rooms are a bit small but clean and fresh housekeeping and nice amenities compensate.
Room was great and people were excellent!
The room was clean and comfy. We had a fridge and microwave, looked remodeled. Nice pool and hot tub. Pool hours were short. No bahtub in room and bathroom fairly small.
King bed but not enough space to move within the room for 2 people
The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was clean. The mattresses were firm to the point of discomfort. The room, and the bathroom (shower only) were very cramped feeling.
Great hotel. Good customer service. TINY indoor pool.
Best Value - incredible free made to order breakfast and free cocktails and apps in the evening.
The hotel is located perfectly for any activity associated with the NAU campus. The included breakfast and complimentary drinks make it a really affordable hotel for the area. The room was decently kept but the shower would clog up after running the water for a short period of time. The pull-out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and was not even an option to sleep on. The mattress provided little to no padding. The beds were actually much smaller than a normal hotel room and they were equipped with very uncomfortable pillows.
1. Breakfast bar featuring omlets to order. 2. 'Social hour from 5:00-7:30 PM with free well drinks. 3. Helpful friendly staff. 4. All the amenities you could want. Great location, but heavy traffic made it hard to enter at times. This is not a new building so some of the features are dated.
Nice facility in a convenient location. Was woken up by a loud screeching noise from the air handler at 0530 AM. Staff tried to have me wait until morning for technician. I had to argue and the demand another room. The staff member told me he would give me a discount to the rate which I never received. I brought this up with the front desk upon checkout and was again told they would take care of it but again, it never happened. I will be complaining to Hilton corporate.
They overcharged me!
Personnel was very nice and ready to serve and help. Our room was very good & clean. Breakfast services was what we expected. Indoor swiming pool was very convenient. Easy access to reach the hotel from main roads and not too far from Flagstaff downtown. Ice machines (at the floors) are making too much noice when used during the night.
Close to everything in flagstaff
all around good experience. excellent breakfast.
Very pleasant staff, excellent hot breakfast (not included in room price), good location for visiting places in and around Flagstaff. Free car parking.
The facilities were nice. Staff great. And food pretty good. They were very accommodating with early check-in too. We could here everything in each room on either side of us. At all hours. Bring noise canceling headphones if you to actually sleep.
Great bed, toiletries and linen, free Internet and a good choice of breakfast items. Check in staff were very helpful. No crockery or cutlery. When I asked the front desk for some cutlery, they gave me a packet containing a plastic knife and fork. A bit disappointing and at odds with the rest of the room amenities. If you are promoting green living, why would you use disposable cutlery? Pity the cafe only serves breakfast, One female front desk staff was totally rude and unhelpful but the rest were fantastic.
The staff was awesome I called on way to ask a few questions they were awesome checked in took less then 10 min was also very friendly helpful rooms and pool ever thing was absolutely perfect will definitely stay agaom We loved everything
The staff was super friendly. Its close to many restaurants. The hotel had plenty of snack and beverage options for late night cravings in their store.
The staff is fantastic. The breakfast was very good and tasty.
The staff was nice, they took care of everything. I got there a bit early before regular check in time they weren't any rooms available but they got on it quick. In 30 minutes I got a call back from them telling me they had a room available already. Very nice hospitality . I didn't like the beds and pillows not really comfy.
My wife and I had a terrible night sleep. All of the pillows in our room were flat.
Very clean good breakfast Would return
This hotel is by far one of the better places to stay. I've been a resident for over 50 years but currently don't reside there and know Flagstaff hotels and motels well, this one I will stay at again if the need arises. Worth the money, and very comfortable. The parking stinks but that's a minor drawback. Everything else was good. Parking
The room looked like a renovated "motel" room.
Didn't end up staying at the hotel. I made this reservation after traveling 16 hours one day. My sister reserved the room at $65 over what the Kayak advertised price was (she called the hotel before I could tell her the price). I told her to call back because it was only $124 on Kayak. While on a three way call with the front desk, the guy told us to book through kayak to get the good price, and he'll cancel the current reservation. So I did. Then, 30 minutes later I got a call from booking.com (who I booked through on kayak) and they said the Hampton Inn called them and cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. This was 30 minutes after the front desk guy told me to book it online. Obviously, something was a bit shady about that. On a positive note for Hilton, booking.com directed me to the doubletree hotel in flagstaff which was awesome. Very clean, very accommodating. Needless to say, I'm a bit concerned about the integrity of the Hampton Inn in Flagstaff.
Quiet and safe. Staff was very helpful and kind. Thought the price was a bit on the high side.
Breakfast Smell of wet carpet
Staff was super friendly, whirlpool tub in the room was great, location was great, breakfast had cheese omelette, sausage, toast, yogurt, and more! And they gave you to go lunch bags with apples, water, breakfast bars, and mints! Was so pleased with this hotel :) Everything was great!
Liked indoor hot tub and pool Dingy appearance on the outside and mild smell on the inside
Staff was friendly Rooms and hotel were clean Appreciated the indoor pool and hot tub
Good basic hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Mild musty smell inside the room.
It should be cleaner!!!!!!!!! Need a renovation!!!!!
The staff was amazing! Going above and beyond for everything we needed. Our large group was able to have three rooms all conjoining. Very nice given our visiting circumstances. I would never stay anywhere else if I had to return.
Staff was very attentive. Room was clean Jack-hole in the next room kept his TV on all night
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The location was next to anything you needed.
Location Dirty, loud AC and construction next door, dogs barking in room next to us, breakfast not good
I liked that the hotel seemed to be in very good condition--nothing appeared worn out and the parking was adequate so that we didn't find ourselves hunting for a space. The price or the room seemed out of line with what we paid for a stay at another Marriott of comparable size and quality. It was 40% more to stay here than at a Courtyard in Abilene, TX and a Residence Inn in Albuquerque, NM.
The staff was friendly. The new carpet was nice but it was the only part of the hotel that didn't seem dirty. I liked that it was inexpensive but I stayed at travelodge in the same city for $5 more and it was so much bettter. Clean rooms and breakfast. The white shower curtain was completely brown at the bottom and you can get more for your money in flagstaff. Also, the fact that they call it Luxury Inn is crazy, I can't name one thing that made it seem like a luxury motel.
It was clean and nice. Nothing fancy, but great value. Not sure why everyone trashed this place, but it was exactly what it advertises, a nice, basic motel. A clean, comfortable bed is all you need. No toiletries, which was a surprise, even the cheapest places provide those, but that was the only downside.
It was conveniently located in between downtown and the mall. There wasn't even a tissue box in the room and my microwave didn't work well. It really is a bare bones motel. If you are looking for zero frills it's fine. I wasn't able to find an ice machine either.
rude, incompetent staff, dirty rooms ,bed bugs
Clean room, linens, towels and bathrooms. It has fridge, microwave, and good sized TV. Price was affordable. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Room is not spacious.
Bed was big and comfortable. The room was also very clean. Shower a little tight
price is right. room is clean. morning sunlight comes in the back window... no way to block it. shower curtain too far into the shower. clings to you.
I live up north and am in Flagstaff sometimes 2-3 times during a month. I prefer to camp but if there's weather this is my go to place for clean, quiet and excellently priced accommodations. Once you check in you're basically left alone. It's ideal for a place to lay your head. Layout of the accommodations makes for easy in and out and ordering food should you so desire. Overall, our neighbors have always been quiet and very courteous. Love it and will stay again and again. The housekeeping staff can be a tad loud whilst turning over rooms. A simple "I'm still sleeping in here" does the trick.
I stopped here for the night on my way elsewhere. All I needed was somewhere to sleep. The motel is older but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good flow. There was nothing fancy, no extra services but the price was right! The train went by across the road but I slept through the noise.
Pets allowed, some barking dogs.
Free breakfast. Wifi. No elevator.
Quiet location (NO TRAIN NOISE!), the room was spacious and clean, and the location was close enough to allow for walking to nearby restaurants. Parking is a bit challenging, it get's very crowded in the breakfast area and the breakfast items get wiped out faster than they can be restocked.
I stayed here because of their incusive pet policy and because the rooms do not smell like smoke. It is also safe and the hallways are interior to the building. People are not picking up their rubbish or dog poo outside. There should be more dog dirt bags as well as better lighting. The cleaning staff didn't do a good job vacuming under the edges of the beds or around the edges of the room. I wish they also provided paper or plastic cups and plates rather than styrofoam as styrofoam is very bad for the environment. Other hotels in flag also have a recycling program for plastics, cans, and newspapers. Why can't you do that? I also do not like the breakfast as there are not organic whole grain choices, sugar free or even decent coffee.
Our room was very clean. People were friendly. It was quiet.
Clean, comfortable, close to interstate. Nicely laid out! Good to have a laundry. No variety for breakfast. Too many carbs. Many machines broken.
Too many dogs...pee and poo on snow all around entrances. Unsanitary. Did not enforce pet area
The location to restaurants nearby was nice and the room was a decent place to get warm as a home base before venturing out into the snow. Now getting a room on time as reserved and the services paid for is another thing. When we arrived an hour after check-in our room was not ready. We were told we would have to wait 30-60 minutes and then check back in to see if one was available. The same was said for at least 10 others as we waited. When we finally did check-in we had no soap in the room's bathroom and had to request this. The beds were lacking on the comfort and in the morning it was a mad house for breakfast. Little to nothing was available. I grabbed two of three remaining yogurts and a few mini muffins for our family of four. When asking at the front desk if anything else would be put out we were told they would make a final attempt to refill. this was 45 minutes before the end of breakfast and it never was re-filled. Besides cereal, muffins, a waffle maker and yogurt I saw nothing. No protein was offered only carb options. This was a big let down. The following morning we skipped it and went across the street to Coco's. I booked partially for the included breakfast which was a joke and mostly non-existent. It may have been a busy holiday but that is no excuse. You staff for those situations and plan ahead. If you are looking for a place you can probably do better.
