Great hotel with a great staff. One of the best values in the country.
It was an absolutely beautiful and amazing hotel. It's right in the city within walking distance of great places to have dinner and drinks.
The hotel was immaculate. The rooms were superb in size and furnishings. It was a very good value for such luxury. The grounds were also beautiful.
We loved the elegant atmosphere and the professional staff. The spa area was especially nice. We thought the parking was hard to follow.
It was awesome. The staff went waaay above and beyond what was expected. Are you kidding me??? How about this....We couldn't stay forever???
very good service, friendly staff, decorated beautifully for the holiday season. great location, close to everything. we did not find an in-room coffee maker, which we would expect for our junior suite.
Beautiful grounds and pool, Princess rooms, and very friendly attentive staff. Jack in hospitality greeted us, gave us great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and made us feel at home. Can't speak highly enough for the amaxing and genuine staff. Truely a luxury hotel with first class amenities. Only positive things to say.
great downtown location, close to it all would have liked a fridge in the room, other then that wonderful
it was a good location. easy access from freeway. the sleep number beds were not that comfortable
The hotel met my needs and the location was perfect. The hotel staff was great and the parking was excellent. I would expect the Radisson to be a very nice hotel. The SLC Radisson was not a very nice hotel. The room was just an average room with sub standard furniture requiring replacement. I had a better room at a two star hotel. I don’t think the hotel should have charged to park at the hotel ($24.00 for two days was excessive).
Excelent facilities, particularly the gym. Good restaurant as well. Very helpful staff. Great city centre location The outside looks little sad, but once inside is fine
Clean place with friendly staff. They even threw in a free breakfast with our stay. It was also an easy walk to the mall. The room had cool art but, the heater was very loud. Something wrong with the fan. Also no bathroom fan oddly enough.
So close to the Salt Palace convention center. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were smaller than expected, with no microwave.
Very good central location, the motorized bed system to get a better confort was astonishing.
Breakfast buffet was quick and very good for this kind of meal. Waitperson was very polite and helpful. Clerks at reception desk also were great.
Accommodations were comfortable, inviting, and very convenient to Salt Palace convention center. Staff was wonderful. Service at restaurant was slow and sometimes absent. Disappointing, because the food was excellent.
Rooms were clean and neat Was told that there was a airport shuttle....not Check in was @ late! Got into room @ 5. Had to put luggage into closet by front desk while we walked around downtown, waiting for a phone call from them stating that our room was ready. We were not the only ones either. Was told that our stay included the breakfast, found out after we had already had eaten....
Clean but with a definite 'run down' feeling, operated on a shoe string and it shows..convenient to convention center if there is no other choice.Personel is friendly and helpful, doing the best they can .. Noisy air conditioning and fan blowing in your face at the desk...sleep number bed a disappointment..TV set far from its prime...dinner quality worth forgetting at best..
The hallway smelled like smoke.
Good location, Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent. Amenities were respectable. Parking was good. Wireless internet was poor at best. Contacted their tech support whose solution was to log in to the router and kick other people off the network, which did not help. Both upon my arrival and upon my departure a police officer was stationed in the lobby with his squad car in plain sight just in front of the entrance. Any hotel that feels the need to have a uniformed police officer (not a security guard) at their property with that kind of regularity, causes me concern that the hotel is unsafe. For this reason alone I will not stay at this hotel again.
I felt that the room was very clean and spacious, with a simple but stylish decor. The price was also much more reasonable than other hotels in the downtown area, as there was no major fluctuation between the weekend and daily rates. The continental breakfast was subpar, despite being hyped upon check-in as one of the hotel's best features. I also had issues connecting to the internet, and had to cycle through several different networks before finally staying connected.
The hotel staff was friendly and gave helpful advice on local places to eat and even printed out MapQuest directions. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great with a nice selection and plenty of food to fill you up. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Even though you are downtown, the airport is only a 5 minute drive away. My husband was concerned about a homeless shelter a block away but we never had any trouble.
Breakfast included. Decent selection. Room smelled like a smoker. Bed could have used some padding. No couch for kid to sleep on.
The location is great - within walking distance to Temple Sq. and Main St., though the environment seemed a bit shady with a couple of homeless ppl just outside the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome! Way beyond what I had expected. Upon registration, the hotel didn't have my booking info from getaroom.com, and it took them quite a while to fetch it. I've heard it's not uncommon with this website, so I suggest to book with other ones.
I stayed here with my sisters the night before my wedding and I loved it. I was not expecting such a luxurious lobby but I was pleasantly surprised! This hotel was a great value and made me feel fancy before my big day. Parking is turrible
Just a great place to stay, and good location. No complaints at all.
Thus was a very nice hotel, not the Ritz but nice for the price. Breakfast was plentiful for being complimentary. Room was clean and Huge.. we had a king with a jacuzzi.
I was unable to go.......but my friend and her "special needs" son went......original 3 I had booked the room for. When arriving, Jarred had to use the restroom and the "clerk" was VERY rude and unfriendly. Sheryl asked if there was a public restroom and the clerk asked "Are you a guest?".........well she had a suitcase........rude, rude, rude.........they were never greeted or acknowledged the rest of the weekend.............so NO, I won't be staying there
This hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay! Room was clean, modern, and well maintained, not to mention very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable!! Service was friendly and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located and easy to find. Free breakfast was a nice perk. Our room was on the 3rd floor, north side, and was nice and quiet. Great value, I would definitely stay here again. While Wi-fi was free and available in rooms (and lobby), it didn't work very well. Pool/gym area is rather small, however I wasn't expecting one at all so I wasn't disappointed.
Nice enough place. Good pool. Rooms clean. Overpriced in the summer. Staff lied to me about room availability. Had booked the rooms for a week and then received an invoice the second morning. Was told nothing was available and they were sorry. Then I booked a room online and the staff proceeded to give me attitude. Breakfast setup in a way that it can't accommodate the number of guests. Parking lot is a hangout for homeless folks. Stayed there many times in the last few months but will never go back.
When I was working I stayed at this hotel year after year, and appreciated the little extras they had. This room was very basic, no extras or frills - but it was close to the political convention I was attending.
The firepits and lounge area No outside pool or hot tub. Room wasn't as nice as I was expecting for the money.
It was clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and well informed. It was close to Temple Square and Shopping! Great atmosphere! No microwave or refrigerator in room. Also I don't like that they charge you for bottled water, $3.00 seems very high!
The daily parking seemed a little steep given both the parking garage and surrounding streets were basically empty.
I always stay at the Hilton, it's great location and pretty luxury althought there's many more luxury hotels, Hilton is great in price and location, close to bars and City Creek Mall The extra charge for parking should be included with the stay
The location was excellent and the facilities were very nice. The young man who first met us as we drove up was very, very friendly and helpful. We had trouble getting connected to the Wi-Fi. When we did (with the help of their out-sourced IT) it was a very weak signal. Also, when we got to the hotel, the place seemed a bit chaotic with wedding guests, wedding parties and tons of people clogging the entry way.
Rooms are clean and comfortable Room was not ready when I arrived
I didn't like that you had to pay for parking each day and you had to pay for WiFi.
This hotel was wonderful. It served a very good breakfast (free), the front desk staff was absolutely lovely at every interaction, it was very, very clean, and it even had recycling receptacles. The indoor pool is wonderful for the kids.
To much noise in the rooms from the streets, from the air machine.
24 HR pool and hot tub
Beds were comfortable..clean room..nice staff will definitely be back.. They posted rules about no kids under 5 in the hot tub..yet there were toddlers in diapers in the tub..should've had someone checking...dangerous
All inclusive service (breakfast, swimming pool 24/7, business centre services), helpful and professional staff service.
My fridge didn't work, but the staff was prompt and exchanged fridge immediately. The pillow is so thick that my night sleep wasn't very comfortable. In the morning my neck hurts. I wish you have some thinner pillows. I'm sure there are quite a few people like me who prefer thinner pillows.
Clean, comfortable bed, polite staff, good location. Great breakfast. I would have liked a fridge in the room to keep a soda cold. No big deal though.
Friendly staff, good products, comfortable beds
Very clean rooms, very friendly staff. Free tee in the lobby. Room which they gave me first was a bit noisy, because of its closeness to the ventilation, I believe. So I asked for another room, and they gave me another one which didn't have the problem.
From the moment we arrived your staff were cheerful and helpful. The kids loved the pool open 24/7 and the breakfast. One of the kids said, "This is the first hotel breakfast I got full at". The room was comfortable and cool. All in all it was wonderful. Mahalo
Great price. Hot tub and pool anytime rocks for people with a different schedule. Clean and comfortable beds. I enjoyed the sticky notes posted around by the house lady's. Borrowed a wine opener with no rent cost. Screw little America for charging.. The ice machine was down on my floor. That was the only inconvenience. Not a horrible one
Fabulous staff. Great pool. Comfy beds and spotless room. By far the best complimentary breakfast i have ever had..
My ground floor, corner room was noisy--both from traffic and the creaky floor upstairs. It was inconvenient to have to go to the lobby for wireless internet.
My family really liked the pool and fitness area. We even ordered poolside meal service which was delicious. There was a snotty lady working in the fine gift shop who gave my 3 year old and myself the stink eye as my daughter hugged the bulldog sitting at the gift shop entrance
The hotel is in a convenient location near downtown, shopping and restaurants. Parking can be limited and chaotic at times with the amount of traffic. The staff is courteous and friendly, especially the older lady in the gift shop. There were leaves in front of our room for the entire 3 nights we stayed. Also, there was a newspaper sleeve in front of our room that was never picked up. We had also requested an upper level room when we made the reservation, however, upon check-in we were given a room on the ground floor. The bathroom sink faucets also leaked during our stay. The guide on the television is not user friendly and does not match the channels.
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms felt spacious and were clean. The staff that we ran into we're pleasant and helpful. We have stayed at Litttle America several times before and have always had an enjoyable stay there and plan to go back in the future The exercise room needs to have better treadmills and a fan. It gets uncomfortably warm.
Clean rooms, absolutely immaculate grounds. All trees, bushes, and flowers were trimmed to perfection. Nothing
I think there is a wide spectrum of rooms, but I stayed in a Tower Luxury room on the top floor which was truly luxurious and a great deal for the price. This is a great alternative to staying at the Grand America next door- same luxury for 1/2 the price. The view of downtown from the private balcony was spectacular. The staff is top notch. The lobby is delightful. Outstanding stay- best I've had in SLC.
Very clean Not enough parking
No continental breakfast
Everything was so charming and romantic!
Great value and location was the best. My wife and I both noted the smell when we walked in the room. Aside from that our stay was great.
because we have ordred by Kayak we could not get a recit. We have had trouble with Water from airC and that is not a **** hotel and at breakfast sometroubles
Bed was very comfortable room was very spacious Lots of noise from the parking lot area at 11pm sounded like a street sweeper going through the parking lot
they did finally move us to a room with working a/c beds were great No Working ice machine, the ones that did work on a different floor and where out of ice. The a/c did not work. ceiling tiles falling down in hallway pool closed
close to downtown and universities The staff were discussing me negatively in front of other customers after i needed help with something that they felt was unnecessary.
- Floors were so dirty, they were never swept of cleaned. I wish I brought my own house slippers. It was disgusting! - Upon arrival, the coffee maker still had coffee in it. Housekeeping must have missed that detail...I requested another twice b/c they forgot to bring it the first time. The second time, the coffee maker arrived by way of an irate woman who made it seem like an inconvenience that she had to bring it to my room. On top of this, the one she brought was still DIRTY. I gave up and decided to buy my coffee off-property and that was an inconvenience to me. - Pillows were dirty and sheets felt unclean. To confirm my suspicion there were a pile of pillows at the hall by the elevators, they were all unbagged and just left there for everyone to see. Pretty gross to think that the pillows we put our heads on are just thrown on the floor only to be re-covered by linens when they had been touching dirty floors all day.
Modern Feel Comfortable Bed Pool, Hot Tub, and Exercise Room Refrigerator and Microwave Slow-Check-in Untrained Staff Not Customer-Service Oriented at all Under Construction Hallway loud the entire night *Had a job interview and wanted to extend my checkout from 12 to 1 pm, this was denied and they wouldn't even accommodate holding my bags for pick-up when the interview ended at 12:30. I will never stay at this hotel again, it reminds me of a 2 star hotel with a modern feel. I would probably hire legitimate professionals in business attire to manage the front-end and not a bunch of hipster teenagers with no manners or customer service experience.*
Neat looking place, very different than typical hotels. More "hipster". Clean, friendly. Very comfortable beds. The fridge and microwave were not working.
Friendly night staff Everything was awful. Everything was closed early. The room awash nothing like the pictures. Worst money spent ever. Super disappointed.
The location was great. The hotel could have been cleaner. My TV wasnt wourkingbfor two out of the four days I was there.
Dirty Windows, construction on our floor
shuttle service to my office the current construction
Bed was comfortable. Nothing special.
Liked the hard floors in the room. Over all it was pretty terrible. There was no heads up about the construction and the fact that there was no room service. The lounge that actually provides food was way to expensive for the quality. We also asked guest services to bring up new shampoo, conditioner, body wash 3 times and no one came. Said breakfast was a part of the deal and got there and had to pay for breakfast. We thought by paying a little extra for the room we would have a better time and we sure did not. Will not be returning there.
Didn't like much of anything. Decent bacon. Giant TV. Construction. Very very Slow wifi. Missing furniture from my renovated room. Rude staff at the desk (especially the ladies in the evenings). Disgusting coffee. Also very expensive for what it is. Very removed from downtown.
The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel. Water pressure
The breakfast was great. Made to order food. The price was reasonable for the quality. It was kind of difficult getting in and out of the driveway as it is a one way street. Small price to pay for such a nice place.
We were made to feel at home. Very comfortable.
Great hotel. Clean and comfortable, and lovely spacious room. Very convenient for airport (5 - 10 mins drive), and for walking into the city centre (about a mile). Good breakfast with wide choice including variety of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, pastries, eggs, bacon etc. Vending machines (for drinks) and ice available near room. Would definitely stay again.
The attentive staff, amenities, and quiet Nothing comes to mind
it was a comfortable atmosphere no extra blanket in the room
Very comfortable room with comfy bed. Location: within walking distance to city center. Excellent value. We will surely recommend this place.
Overall great stay. The room and hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Loved the large flat screen tv with direct tv. Normally hotels just have crappy cable and it's always a pain to change channels but this having direct tv was awesome. Loved the in room kuereg coffee maker with k cups. Definitely a step up from the normal drip coffee machines normally found in hotels. And if that's not good enough for you, Starbucks is literally right next door. Loved the fact the pool and gym is 24hrs. Although the indoor heated pool wasn't warm enough on the day I went in June but the spa was nice. The restaurant inside the hotel was a little over priced for what you get and breakfast isn't complimentary. Even so I would for sure stay here again.
I loved my stay at this hotel. Excellent service. staff were very helpful. Excellent food at a very good price.
Everything was amazing, I really enjoyed my stay.
Big comfortable rooms and 24/7 shuttle service to/from airport
Location, friendly staff, decor Room 708 must be very close to ventsbof some sort because there is a hum going on the whole day and night, which could affect quality or sleep.
My husband and I enjoy staying here because it's always modern, clean, sophisticated and welcoming. They are so friendly and the rooms have these fun and creative amenities, like yoga mats & animal print bathrobes. We often have overnight lay-overs and roadtrip pit-stops in Salt Lake City and the Kimpton Monaco never disappoints. No complaints
VERRY CONVENENT FOR MY STAY AS I WAS IN THE DAYS OF 47 PARADE AND I LIVE IN CACHE VALLY. I BOOKED AT THE RIGHT TIME. GOOD RATES .
Within walking distance to city creek Room was very small. Run down. Needs up dated. Not worth the money. Water hot then cold in shower. Staff was ok.
I liked the location and friendly staff The old rooms and broken heater, loud refrigerator. Not the cleanest bedding.
Conveniently located next to Temple Square, within walking distance of the convention center. Easy access to lots of local restaurants/shops/bars. The staff was always very nice, and the light rail from the airport stops directly in front of the hotel. My room also had a great view of the Temple Square area and the mountains in the background. Not a very big room, although I didn't need a lot of space as a solo business traveler. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in, but it could have been much worse. They offered the option to not wash the sheets every day if desired (in order to save water and resources), which I appreciated, but did not offer to do the same for the towels.
Unplanned overnight in Salt Lake due to flight cancellation. Hotel is ideally located (really is adjacent to Temple Square and City Creek). Squeaky clean. Deco lifted from a set of "The Americans," or maybe something five or ten years earlier. Not old, just old.
Nice place, great location and walking distance to shopping mall. Hotel room clean and spacious.
Great location! The water in the morning would be hot and then cold- not very comfortable!
Everything we came to Salt Lake City for is within walking distance of the Salt Lake Plaza & at a very reasonable price. This was my second visit & would stay again when I return to town. It would be nice if parking were included in the rate, but the $5.00 fee is reasonable & parking is secure.
Nice place, great location, has been recently updated with décor, bed was very comfortable, room was clean, free internet with good service Staff was knowledgeable but a little slow, price was a high versus other locations of similar quality, not a modern or chic building but very serviceable.
The staff was wonderful, even going so far as to loan me a phone charger because I left mine at home! The hotel is a 15 minute was to the Family History Library, right through downtown. The lobby is very nice. The room was perfect for my needs, clean and simple. It's not the Ritz, but that's not what you're paying for! Great value. I'd stay here agin on a trip to Salt Lake.
It's close to everything and close to public transportation. Also it's a historical building which is awesome. The place have a lot of history which made us really like it. The breakfast is not really good it's an ok breakfast. And also there is no parking so you have to pay hourly Parking or park from 8 pm to 8 am for free
Location was perfect to attend Lion King at the Capital Theatre also perfect locaton for downtown SLC and restaurants.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff This hotel needs a laundry area for its guests so that the Peery can be used to its fullest as a hotel where one can go on to the many other attractions in Utah and the southeast.
Staff was very friendly, location is fantastic!! It is old and has less amenities but this was no surprise as we reviewed the comments from other travellers. Breakfast is fine nothing special ! But overall it is a great value for what you get. Did not like having to pay for parking !!!!!!! Again the breakfast was nothing special and the internet in the room was slow but I did find that the internet down in the business room was fine!
The location was convenient. Parking was plentiful. The employees were outstanding. It was a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. We would return.
Staff was great. Friendly, helpful and professional. The key card system was broken, so no room keys. Quite a hassle.
Interesting older hotel. It was clean and the bed was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is right in the center of the city. The room was small and the breakfast was so-so. It needs a remodel. It could be a top-notch hotel with some new carpet, paint, etc.
The building smelt old and so did the room, I was worried my cloths would take on the smell so I left. The toilet was pretty much right next to the wall with the towel rack right over it so you couldn't go to the bathroom with out removing the towels first. The room was very small as well.
The hotel staff was great! Joe (the door man) was always very friendly and helpful about any questions I had about where to dine, shop, etc. The smell in the room was very bad when I first checked in, very musty! It took the refrigerator I had asked for almost 48 hours to actually cool off the drinks I had bought at a local market. I was not pleased to have brought my computer from Illinois, only to discover that midway through my stay I was going to have to pay for the internet service that I had been told when I had made my reservation, would be free!
The elevator that only holds 2 people and works intermittently. Kinda worn and musty.
Friendly Staff, extensive breakfast with pancake baking machine, pool, close to railway and bus stations
Nice property, clean and easy parking (which is free in the garagw). They serve free breakfast and dinner! But if you're Jewish, you can't eat the food, LOTS of pork products, very disappointing. Won't stay there again since that is a perk of Homewood Suites. They could at least do chicken since everyone eats that!
The beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was nice, though we didn't use it. The warm cookies were really good. The onsite restaurant had terrible food and the service wasn't very good. The server didn't know anything about the local beer they sell there. Of the party of 4 that ate at the restaurant, not one person finished their plate of food. The veggies were much too salty, the steak had no flavor, the fries were cold, and the chicken with salsa was only mediocre. The prices were high for the quality of food and service. They also placed two holds on my card. One for incidentals and one for the room but they held about $50 more than I should have been charged for the room. When I called the front desk I was told that sometimes they charge double for incidentals and that those charges should be dropping off my card soon and I would only be charged for the price of the room.
Rooms were a little older but manageable Had a loud constant humming noise coming from the outside.
I was very impressed with the staff, the hotel overall and the food.
Location Young and inexperienced staff
Nice hotel, especially when considering the deal we got through Kayak. It was close to the expressway and I would definitely stay there again.
The executive room breakfast was pleasant and attended by a very nice server. The large pond outside was nice for a stroll around in the morning. The bed itself was comfortable and the room was nice and large. The counter staff when checking in made us wait and excrutiating amount of time, and even called a couple in front of us that had arrived later. The check-in cookies were overly sweet and not fresh, but heated. The pillows were abundant, but none of them were comfortable. The TV didn't work, period. If you pushed the power on it would take about 5 minutes to load a blank channel and then if you hit menu or guide it would turn off, and it would also just randomly turn off for no reason. There was bits of damage all throughout the hotel, from pieces of moulding to chips on the cabinets. The soap provided felt impossible to rinse off. My room was not cleaned in the two days I was there. The worst of all however was the fact that I had prepaid for my room and at checkout I was billed for the room again without consent, a fact I didn't realize until arrive home a day later. I had to call them 6 times to speak with someone to reverse this charge, even though from the first call it was acknowledged that this was in error, and I never actually got through to anyone, I simply had to leave a message explaining what happened. I received a call back two days later on my answering machine while at work that it will be refunded to my card and I'm still waiting for that to go through. I will never stay at a Doubletree or Hilton again.
Clean and tidy No continenatal breakfast, no free food!!!
Breakfast, clean room, good bed, quiet, good location, relatively safe. Observed some door propping but doors locked at night.
clean room, but staff are not so friendly
The paint was new, but that was about it. Everything was out of the mid 1990s, including an old bubble tube TV and, seemingly, mattress. Worst night of sleep I've had in ages.
Close the airport and has all basic facilities, was very clean. A/C made too much noise, we couldn't get any sleep.
Distance from airport, comfortable beds, good price
close to airport, comfortable beds, good Chinese restaurant. Nice place to stay during my transit.
Solid hotel, good value, excellent staff
Relatively clean, price shud hv been lower Ants
Very very close to airport, close to airport parking, close to downtown, helpful airport pick-up & drop, indoor pool/hot tub, complimentary breakfast. Clean, tidy and fresh rooms. Not enough vegetarian options in breakfast. We got a call in the middle of the night at around 1AM, asking that we change the room since we were allocated the room meant for someone else which was very unprofessional and we refused.
convenient location and great price, free upgrade to suite on arrival for a six night stay.
Comfortable beds, close to the airport and complimentary breakfast. One of our two rooms smelled as if the floor was moped with dirty soap water. Difficult to tolerate the odor. Also, not enough towels in the rooms which were very worn and rough.
Our King suite room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was prompt and only a 15 minute ride from the hotel to the airport. The hot breakfast included in the room price was very good.
Awesome indoor pool. Free breakfast. Very clean. Wonderful, helpful staff. Double-paned windows, didn't hear any planes at all!
The personal was nice but The place need to clean more all the facilites The pool, you don't have nice lobby to relax, the hallways smell bad, was dust in all the furniture in the lobby
The spacious room. The long walk to our room.
Great view to watch the fireworks. Nothing.
Beds were horribly soft.
By far the staff. Very impressed with the level of customer service. Here's a few odd things- I needed their wheelchair and it's in very bad shape. The left little front wheel is crooked and it has no foot rests. The lids don't fit the Starbucks cups in the room's coffee service. The bar bolt on the door (room 142) was very loose at the screws. The smell of the orange mint toiletries was offensive to me.
She ratings are on e of my favorite hotel chains. When we got there, we got an upgrade and got a spectacular view of the city. Loved it
I did not like the lack of service at the restaurant and that they ended up billing me double the quoted price
I just stayed 1 night with my family and beds was very good. I request to set refrigerator and internet access fee is charged free.
the king bed No.
Great staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.
The room was clean and updated, needs an updated tub though. The bed was comfy and tv was big. The tub and shower were not as clean as the rest of the room; would have liked a more updated and bigger tub. There was a dog that kept barking, I understand the hotel is pet friendly but it was annoying because it barked for a long time at night and again early morning. Maybe get thicker walls or something to muffle the sound? Also heard room cleaning and vacuum very early above us.
Recently renovated, very comfortable, free parking (unusual for sheraton), real hairdryer 1875w, big lcd tvs, kingsize bed, very spacious room, great location, etc. No minibar (not even empy) in the room, no services directory in the room, phone line was dead and remained dead throughout my stay, one of the side doors that leads to the parking lot remained open because of a carpet that kept it from shutting (security issue), very noise air-conditioning system.
Excellent hotel and brilliant service, the view from our room was amazing and the staff were very helpful, room was brilliant came with all things we needed
Great location and the view from my window was amazing. Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable bed. For the price the room was small, No spa, No coffee in the room. Not a hot tub, jacuzzi to be found. Room was hot. I was a very sad girl.
The hotel itself is nice. It's comfortable, clean. Seems best for business or couples. The indoor pool was fun with a city view. We had a few problems with our room upon arrival. Online we had booked a room with a sofa bed, and the microwave/fridge. The room they gave us had no sofa bed for our kids, so they switched us to a room with no fridge/microwave. The staff weren't very friendly. When asking questions about breakfast, facilities, getting extra blankets and pillows etc. they were rude and treated us as if we were being incovenient with all these "silly" questions. The pillows were miserable! Down and feather pillows provide no support so it made sleeping on a nice mattress difficult.
the staff was great , the bed comfortable , room was nice parking was difficult , room service was a little slow
The rooms were all updated beautifully with modern bathrooms and very comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay again !!
Convenient to all the downtown sights. Back patio is right on Gallivan Center plaza. Great views of the mountains. Cheerful service from everyone, from valet to housekeeping to front desk. Dinner at on-site restaurant was just okay.
Good service and close from the airport!
The lobby in the rooms were very clean. The staff was super friendly. We did not take any of their breakfast but I'm sure it was OK.
Price and shuttle to airport
Had everything we needed! Great price too.
Good price for a large room. I liked the flat screen tv, was able to open window and get fresh air in the room. Spacious The continetal breakfast was gross, only thing that was okay was the orange juice. Staff was young and unprofessional looking. Mini fridge didn't work and had a horrible odor.
very close to the airport. There were no instructions on anything. Heat/ AC unit, cable/ Dish. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00am, I was long gone by then.
Not at all. Would not return
