The staff were incredibly friendly, helped with all the questions that I had. It is also very important to note that the hotel was very clean. Small kitchen in the number is very useful
It was a bit cold in the room and impossible to make it warmer somehow. In one part of the hotel didn't work wi-fi, but the staff upgraded my room to another with good WI-FI. The telephone did not work in the room for communication with the administrator

It was nice designed hotel and great place if you're planning to stay longer. You have a chance to explore other side of St. Petersburg.
We had a problem with an AC, it was coming water from there right into a plug which is dangerous. Stuff said it's normal and instead of helping, asked us why we even use it. Very rude and not professional. From cafe they charged us more than actual price was. They didn't want to return money and tried to explain with some bonus fee. For me the breakfast was too greasy.

Photos not relevant provided by the website. Having paid for the number of the superoir, we received something quite different. The bathroom does not fully comply with the photos provided. The room is less than half of the information provided. Very high humidity in the room. There is broken sink in the toilet. Staff at the reception is not competent. In such a beautiful city of St. Petersburg, you can get a hotel much better for this money.

Very convenient location for bus transportation. Friendly, accommodating staff. Purchased cappuccinos were great.
Rooms were hot! Some mold issues in shower. Hall and lobby were overrun by bus loads of LOUD tourist on some days.
