it was so quite and clean and a lot of TV channels
nothing special about this hotel A/C conditioner was not working properly, poor service from receiption
The hotel location is good, being right on the seaside. However the good news stops there. The hotel staff are unable to help when asked for recommendations of restaurants and the like. They are unable to give directions as to how to get there. When I asked for directions to Madain Saleh (a historic site and major tourist destination), the staff had not heard about this site and could not give any directions until I spoke to the manager of the hotel. Creature comforts in the room are sparse, the air-conditioning (it is a window unit) was noisy and all of the furniture looked dated. There is a lack of customer service at this hotel - you are met with a stoic silence on most issues. The printer in the business center was not working and 2 days later it was still not working. The hotel is a 2 star hotel at best and the attitude of the staff reflects it.
The hotel bus can transport guests from and to the airport. there is no room for massage.

Receiptionists , room service , housekeeping , food and beverage , rooms interior , room comfort, private beach and kids club made our stay unforgettable . Kids club were was having an overhead projector showing all kids movies and cartoon plus playstation , drawing and coloring kits . Over all the hotel is fabulous . I'd prefer if I can lock the bathroom from inside ..
