Descent breakfast. Room clean.
Good location. Close to I40 freeway, restaurants and stores. Asked the front desk girl if she would honor price from online, which she said, "No." No problem, I booked the room online. She stated it would take an hour because they have a new system. No problem, I told her, because we had been driving all day and were going to get a bite to eat. I booked it and told her it was a room with a Queen bed. She said they didn't have any available rooms with that and to check the date I booked. Then, she stated she had one room, but it was handicapped. She did not offer a different room for the price, so I told her that was fine. Got a bite to eat, checked in an hour later. Room was nice and cool (outside temp over 100 degrees) and AC would not power up. Went to office to let her know, she flipped a switch in the office to turn AC on in the room and said it would be okay. Went back to room and AC worked. Talk about being messed with! No microwave like I'm used to at Days Inn. Room was about what I would expect for the price. Next time I will stay at Days Inn by the airport. Worth the extra drive for better room and customer service!
Nice stay. Good value for the price. The only thing was that there were only local channels on the TV, the rest of them were pay per view.
Area was good Shower curtain very loose. No hot water at vanity. Toilet flushed slow. Beds kind of springy. i paid over one hundred and only worth fifty.
price no ventilation in the bathroom
Nothing I didn't like the fact I didn't get to stay there. Went on Kayak.com and booked a room since I was traveling from Arizona to Ohio. Didn't get to stay because all the rooms were booked. Then got charged $100+ dollars the next day for a room I didn't stay at. Overall sucked, and the lady at the front was rude.
Place was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and service was excellent. We just needed a place to sleep and it was great for our basic needs.
Not sure Our room was never serviced for cleaning. Front desk said they would send a housekeeper and no one never came. Over charged my card. No manager ever called me back.
No microwave and fridge at this location
The rooms were clean and the lady who worked in the breakfast area worked her tail off to keep everything clean and stocked and was very helpful even when there were a ton of people trying to get food. The hot tub is broken and it looks like it has been for some time. The swimming area is a bust and the lady at the front desk was pissy when asked about it. After checking in I loaded up the trolley and with my baby in the carrier on one arm and my two younger kids in tow I tried to get us all in the hotel without automatic doors into front entry. The woman at the front desk watched me struggle with three kids and the cart and doors and when I finally managed to get in she says do you need any help and I just laughed. Ok so she didn't want to get up and help a white lady and her three brats whatever. So I go to check out the next day and pack up the car and bring the trolley back inside and just then a very old couple have a loaded cart and the man has an oxygen tank and a can and his wife looked very frail. They start struggling with the same non automatic doors and I look at the two ladies at the front desk and they both look and see the old couple and then go right back to talking to eachother. I said "seriously?" And went and opened the door for them. I'm sure these ladies aren't paid a great deal but a little kindness goes a long way with people. Between the broken hot tub and these ladies I won't stay here again. I hope their manager reads this and speaks to them.
I liked the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel. Our keys were deactivated the next day, and we had to find the maid for towels each day.
The staff The bed, TV keep coming on and getting loud even after we turned it off over and over had to unplug it. Towels were ruff, the over all room and property was well worn
