Hotel Teola

Location, it's very close to the center of Livigno, the rooms were clean. The food was ok-ish, more on that in what I didn't like section.

You like neighbors? You'll be hearing them a LOT! The walls are paper-thin, people walking in the corridors were clearing heard. The food was ok-ish, nothing special, monotonous breakfasts. Something that's a tiny disadvantage is that the room was on the smaller side.

Staff was mostly friendly.

Rooms had no sound insulation at all. I could literally hear people chatting 2 floors down. Shower was too small and the water was most of the time cold. Best case warm. The restaurant was below average. Food was being served cold and people were returning their plates to be warmed. On our second day we went to the restaurant and we were told that there's no menu for the day, except for those who had booked full service. Without any warning whatsoever. Although the hotel advertised restaurant service. And the location is too far from the centre. Imagine the frustration. There are buses connecting to the centre but usually there is waiting time. Otherwise walking takes 25 minutes. Also the hotel advertised large double bed or two singles for the twin. I was even asked by message before my arrival what i preferred. I asked a double bed. To my surprise i got 2 singles joined together. I understand this happens with many hotels but, when you sell a double bed, it should be a double bed. (for couples)

Breakfast was OK

Old & tiny rooms. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. The people where ok, but couldn't really help because they speak bad english. Apparently it is impossible to get a proper invoice with the companys name etc. We will not be coming back.
