Minus: Flight departed late due to high winds (not the airline's fault) but the result of leaving late was a missed departure slot. To avoid passenger disturbance, they told everyone that there was an extra passenger on board? Not the best way to defuse a situation...

Plus: The crew were super friendly and could not be more helpful. It was a 2/3rds full flight, so no squabbles over baggage.
Minus: I pay for easyJet Plus and it should mean my bag comes up first, but it was one of the last.

Plus: Quick flight. However as is usual with Ryanair cabin crew their diction on the intercom giving instructions are appalling. This is a feature of Ryanair. Ask for diction or speech lessons and at least passengers will understand. My kids thought the crew were speaking Polish

Minus: Website indicated without EU identification we needed printed boarding passes. We were unable to print them while traveling. We arrived at the ticket desk and they refused to print them. We had to create an online connection to get the passes and then forward them to all 4 people in our group.
Plus: Flying EI-DAR, this was Ryanair's sixth-oldest active aircraft at 15.3 years old. Despite this, it featured the new sky interior and was comfortable overall. Flight was quick (albeit at 10 minute late landing) and deboarding was not an issue.
Minus: Don't turn up with a cabin case, it will cost you £20 to have it put in the hold

Plus: There's nothing much to like. You're lucky if you have a nice crew which was the case. It's extremely expensive for a low-cost airline who pretends to be a full service airlines because they have a "business class" cabin. Seats are ok. Same as LH or LX

Minus: The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why.
Minus: I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!
Plus: Staff was nice and felt bad for their company’s policy.
Minus: I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads.
Minus: With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much

Minus: This was the dirtiest airplane I have ever been on. Halfway through the flight, the bathrooms were unusable. The water was not draining in the sink, there was no toilet paper, and the garbage bin was overflown. The flight attendants were unfriendly. There is not enough space provided for writing.

Minus: The seat space was cramped, I paid extra to reserve my seat but it doesn't do you any favours. The aeroplane was old and needed modernisation. It was lacking in basics like netting/storage on the back of the seat Infront. Budget airline is a budget airline I guess.

Minus: Flight was delayed over an hour because the pilot was late.

Plus: This flight was very disappointing. We paid extra for extra leg room seats only to get told we couldn’t have ANYTHING with us in our seats, not even a sweater. We had to put all of our items in the overhead bins, including small purses. Staff was not friendly.
Minus: Friendlier staff. Lots of stairs to get to and on plane. We had an elderly person that did have a hard time. Explain certain seats don’t allow any items other than the actual person. I had fragile items and had to store in above bins to be banged around. Luckily this was a short flight.
Plus: Good enough for price. Quite long boarding process.

Made it to destination with bags.

Minus: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund
