I ran into an issue with my reservation and rather than help me they double charged me. The management clearly had no interest in having me as a returning customer and I can confidently say I would rather sleep in the street than give baymont inn a cent ever again.
Best experience for the cost
Large clean rooms, great beds, big bathroom. Accomodated us with a crib and laye checkout to meet my demand for an interview that am when we had a one year old and one vehicle.

The price was good for the size of the rooms you get. Very spacey. The staff were all extremely friendly. They baked fresh cookies every night for the guests as well.
There was what looked like blood on the bathroom door and mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. The hotel itself was nice appearing but the surrounding area was run down and did not seem to be in a good location (however hotel is only.minutes away from the historic district which was nice). Only other issue was that another guest seemed to be smoking marijuana and the entire hallway smelled of it for two days. I heard other guests complain but nothing was really ever done about it and those guests smoked up until they checked out in that hotel room.

The two young ladies that manned the front desk, one the night we checked in, and the other the morning we checked out, were both very pleasant.
The location, pretty shady looking and run down area. Near the train tracks, heard the train horns all night long. The SMELL! (Located near a paper pulp mill). The room itself was bland, it was hot and humid in the room to the point that we could not comfortably fall asleep for a couple of hours. They had not turned down the AC in our room even though we had made a reservation. The room had a weird odor. All in all, not a pleasant experience. We left as soon as we got ourselves together.
The location was somewhat away from busier area. There was much less traffic or congestion. The hotel was quiet without a lot of disruption.

Just 10 min from historic Savannah. Nice and clean lobby area. Had to do some laundry very convenient. Rooms big & comfy would recommend,
Always quiet,very friendly staff, easy check in & out, great heater and air conditioner. That's why we always come back to this location.
