Our room was very quiet and comfortable! Location was good! Long line in check in and breakfast and long wait at dinner in Italian restaurant
Location and that it was attached to galleria and casino We called prior to make sure we booked a whirlpool room. Lady who answered said it would not be a problem as most rooms are whirlpool rooms. When we arrived to check in, the man started "Oh no, you paid close to half off so you don't get a whirlpool room. Only guests paying full price has this option." We decided not to fuss and just to use the hot tub in the spa for relaxation but it looked as though someone had really bad diarrhea in the hot tub. So needless to say, we had no hot tub relaxation. If you want good service and to feel like you matter, be sure to pay the outrageous full price or stay elsewhere!
Friendly staff, nice location , quiet room except the air conditioner Noisy air conditioner
Ok, very shady description! Overlooking the falls? That's a joke! You'll be overlooking a motel driveway that doesn't even have wifi. Very shady description, they make you believe you're getting a nice hotel room then put you in a motel next door yet charge you a hotel price. No wife, paid hotel price-- was sent to a motel next door
The hotel is super close to the falls and Clifton Hill area of Niagara, but not in the middle of the action so it's nice and quiet. We didn't have a view room, but we could still see part of the falls. There really isn't a bad room in the place. The pool is salt water and had an adult's only part for swimming laps which was appreciated. There is an additional parking fee per night if you drive.
Arrived a little early but reception said rooms were not ready but would be ready at 3:30. She was curt and spent more time telling us what she could not do for us than actually helping. We pre checked in and We left for sightseeing and got back to the hotel at 3:25. Our rooms still not ready he told us to wait a few minutes in lobby. We waited 20 minutes in lobby until we told we can go up to our rooms. The rooms were a disappointment. The rooms had a strong odor of chlorine because we were on a low floor above the pool. I am extremely sensitive to smells and it really bothered me but when I addressed this issue with reception he looked at me like I was crazy I was told for the price I paid this is the only rooms available but he could send someone to the room to check it out. I would not recommend this hotel
The restaurant was exceptional -- great ambience, superlative cuisine, professional staff. The room was great -- large, jacuzzi, nicely furnished. The front desk people were friendly, informative, and welcoming. We would return again if we return to Niagara Falls.
location and the room was nice after we asked top have it cleaned We had problems with the cleanliness of the room but it was rectified after we brought it to their attention.
Crowded, one of the rooms had a view of a concrete wall and nothing else.
Very nice room, clean and great location. Not enough towels for two people... Refrigerator didn't work.. A/C is poor.. Hardly cooled the room. Staff not so welcoming nor friendly at desk.
it sucks to pay to park when you are staying in the hotel will not be staying there again
Pool had lots of bugs couldn't even go in. Dirty underwear behind the furniture from guest before us
Good pool, hut tub and sanua Wifi wasn't that good ... At least not up on the 4th floor
Location It was wicked humid out and the air conditioning was busted in our room, we were given a very small discount
Had a great stay at this hotel. They upgraded my room to a suite which had a lot of extra space. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also quite friendly. The Tourism Improvement Fee was listed on my bill and taxed 3 times. This is supposed to be an optional fee, but when I asked them to remove it they stated that it was mandatory at their hotel. I was not impressed that i was forced to pay this tourism fee on top of my room rate plus tax, on top of my parking plus tax and on top of the facility fee plus tax.
Close proximity to falls/restaurants/shops and friendly staff. Lamps had a good amount of rust on them. Appliances appeared old
Common areas were beautiful (ie. lobby, restaurant). Location is about a 15-20 minute walk to the falls, and is close to quote a few restaurants. Rooms were a bit outdated, but comfortable. Hallway near elevator and pool was very humid.
Window did not open in room. Everyone ignored the fact that the TV was broken. I've machine not working. Cleaning staff was over zealous about getting a tip. Overall would not recommend the hotel. Overpriced for what it was and service very below average
